I go here often to buy a $130 coastal roll, 2-string alfalfa at $20; not competitively priced in my opinion and for a local small business you’d think they try a little better to keep a customer. I bought a couple two-string bales of alfalfa and it was DRY. I asked for a small discount of $5 and explained I could purchase a 5x better quality bale in from Chase Menchaca Atascosa,TX for $17/bale. Who ever was at the register didn’t even consider it. It was an automatic NO. I advised they lost a customer over $5 and she seemed 100% okay with her decision. I won’t be returning and I’ll recommend Primos to ANYONE that asks going forward.

I’ve had nothing but horrible customer service from these guys. Feed pen might be a little more homey but they’ll definitely take your order with a smile or even a thank you.

Asked if they had goat feed just to be answered by a rude woman inside...we have all kinds of feed...lady just asked for goat feed not any other kind?....like just take me to the goat feed. 😱🦀💩
