This place absolutely SAVED my tarantulas & snake. When San Antonio wasn't getting solid shipments of superworms & feeder mice, Oasis did, & didn't try to gouge people, even when they knew they could. For that reason alone, I swear by this place & the staff!

Although they did not have what I was shopping for, they told me when the next shipment comes in. I was also interested in other birds, like the mated pair of Lovebirds. Staff and owners were super nice and helpful. I will go back.

An amazing shop!! Lots of animals to visit and lots of varieties for the enclosures and projects. I got some plants today and set them up in my tank! The cats are also super friendly there, so I'll definitely be coming back soon 💕💕💕

No mice or rats. All employees I have had contact with are unfriendly or rude and will ignore you as they eat food. Snakes here look under fed

It's a surprise find in Pleasanton. There are very few mom & pop pet stores left. I buy tropical fish here and like looking at all the different pets they have. It is a very good place to visit and chat. The atmosphere is very relaxing. Just going is like visiting a zoo. Five stars!

I got a fuzzy mouse for our snake. They forgot to poke holes for the mouse to stay alive. I didn't notice until halfway home mouse was dead. I gave them a call, and they were willing to give me another mouse if Snake didn't eat it, but she ate it! Great customer service and will always recommend 👌

Oasis Tropicals is a fun-tastic little mom and pop shop.They carry a nice verity of critters, supplies, and extras, with a surprising amount of harder to find offerings.We found the staff to be friendly, attentive and knowledgeable.All of the critters are well cared for and in good condition.

They're awesome man , if ever you need advice with your animal or just help looking or ordering products they're so nice and helpful about it. All of the employees are sweet and friendly. One time I went to buy a hermit crab and the lady was so sweet to give us 3 shells for free for my son . Thank you oasis you're the only pet store I go to and reccomend to my family and friends:)

Only reason I come here is because they are the closest place to get my feeders for my snakes. other then that, the owners is a very ignorant and rude man. He knows not very much about the reptiles he keeps/sell. I saw him today be rude to one of his workers over a tiny mistake with the register.

This is an absolute gem of a pet store. Not only do they carry a great variety of pets, feeds, and accessories but the staff are incredibly friendly and extremely knowledgeable about a variety of pet care both domestic and exotic. They're the absolute best!!

Extremely friendly people, always inform you on what you can/can't/shouldn't do with your new pet. Very informative and overall great prices, and will gladly answer any questions you have even if its about your own pet. They really make you feel at home as soon as you walk in, lovely business.

They are very helpful and kind. They helped us pick out our bunnies and gave us information when we asked about them! Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for an animal other than a cat or a dog lol because I recommend adopting when it comes to animals. Note bunnies should never be a person's first pet they require alot of hard work!

The people are so friendly, I've been going in there for years, and they always greet me with a smile. Prices are not bad, and they have a warranty on most of their animals, which is always nice. Thank you so much for being great people, and can't wait for the next time I go back

Not many pets in stock. They do hve a few birds, rats, dwarf rats or hamsters (idk), Guinea pigs, fish, turtles, lizards and rabbits. They do hve diff foods, tanks, cages and accessories. We just went for pricing because my 9 yr. old nephew wants a pet so that he has an idea of how much it's gna cost. The lady that was there was very helpful even writing down the total for everything needed. We told our nephew "and that's not including vet visits" lol but he's determined to earn the money by cutting grass. We will be going back unless he changes his mind lol We shall see!!

This little pet store has been in business had a long time in Pleasanton Texas the owner may not have everything you're looking for but can order almost anything you need. They have a pretty good selection of freshwater fish and equipment for fish limited selection of saltwater and equipment. They have some reptiles and rabbits as well. Along with the equipment and cages for anything they sell.
