I don't like to dine in because the tables, chairs, and floors always feel greasy and dirty. The drive thru usually takes a long time for a 3 meal order. The food is not always worth the wait or the higher price compared to other fast food.Update. Two years later and they still suck! We went at 9:15 and the worker looked like she was mentally checked out before her shift was over. She didn't get our order correct and our family's order was not brought out together. The only thing they can do right is make a blizzard!2024- I will no longer come to DQ for food. They can’t seem to get simple orders right. Looking at the receipt they obviously didn’t take down the order correctly. Better leadership is needed.Also way too much mustard!!

Ickiest place I’ve ever been too, the food was nasty.. the employees were RUDE. I don’t know if there’s been a recent change in management but this place is going to go up in flames. It’s so bad unfortunately I had to give a one star in order to make this review. If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD.. that’s how bad this Dairy Queen is. 🤢

Went in for 4 small blizzards and 1 strawberry sundae. From ordering to icecream in hand, it took about 20 mins. I was the only one waiting for anything but the window had about 3 cars. No big deal but I didn't like was the rude lady holding a finger up when I tried to tell her my icecream was melted before I even took it off the counter. Nope no upside down for the blizzards. So disappointing.

This dairy queen always get order wrong and the food always looks awful. Not coming back. Save yourself some trouble and go to whataburger or the DQ in Pleasanton.

Went in the lobby to order and the place looked dirty, had flies all over the place. We were told we couldn't eat dine in but there were families eating there. Cooks were taking there hats off and rubbing fixing their hair and still handling food. I will never go back best believe I will definitely pass the word about this.

Disappointed. 4 chicken baskets and everything was stale like if it was under sitting there before it was ordered. I’m pretty sure 2 of the orders were recooked because the chicken tenders were discolored (not burnt) Didn’t give any of the chicken basket the toast bread and the fountain drink dispenser had no ice. - it looks like a sad and dirty restaurant on the inside.

The place is clean,and there are enough tables or both to sit people at. I noticed that the cashier was slow in bringing our order,and that is that we only ordered a soft drink,a shake,and two ice creams. She never asked if we needed napkins,or anything else either,like most other fast food place do while serving you. Later on,when my grandson accidently tapped the hot sauce on the table,while eating his ice cream,we let them know that it had rolled off the table and broken. The same cashier came out with a mop,and as she swept up the glass pieces and mopped the floor,she gave a smirk our way. I also noticed that the drive thru had a long line for a long while,but it had nothing to do with the inside,because we stay for an hour visiting with family,and only two other customers interested inside during that time. So my input is they are either slow workers,or very short handed.

A huge shout out to Dairy Queen golly I am from out of state and I came to visit family and I took them here to Jourdanton Dairy Queen huge koodos to the crew today next time I visit im coming here thank you ladies for all your help it’s a lot cleaner than anyone I’ve been to in my state great jobKid-friendliness: The staff engaged with all of my family even took the order of my grandchildren while being patient with her thank you once again

Fries were VERY cold and stale! Burgers (plural) were not the way we ordered them. NONE had ANY condiment. No mayo, no mustard...nothing! Dry burgers. I was the only car in drive-thru. I counted 4 employees. Not sure what the problem was that day.

This location used to be a good place. I don't go inside very often but when I do there is an odor which to me smells like urine. The floors are always dirty and the managers office door is always open and usually has trash all over the floor. Ordering through the drive-thru,we'll it's a 50/50 chance your order will be right. Substituted onion rings instead of fries on my order at one time. They were trying to charge me almost $7.00 more and had to argue with the person at the window until someone else talked to me and realized they made a mistake. Had recieved salads and no dressing in the bag. Recieved fries instead of onions rings after I payed for it. I think management needs to step up and train employees better and keep the place clean.

Love Dairy Queen but unfortunately we consistently have a negative experience here. Had to park and wait approx 30mins after paying at the window. Length of time is forgivable if the food is fresh, but surprise, no it wasn’t. To top it off every single item ordered was incorrect. Every. Single. Item. Staff is friendly though… sometimes.

Worse service ever. Set at the drive up speaker for 5 min. No one bank for my order. I was the o ly car by the way. I pulled up to the window and same thing set there and watched 3 people just started di d talking and looking at me. I went to the Dairy Queen Store 1502 Zanderson, Jourdanton, TX. Everything was great at first, but then these teenagers messed up our meal. No worries it happens. BUT then 20 mins went by…, another 20 mins went by. By this time my family has finished their meal and my husband still hasn’t received his correct meal. An hour later still nothing. A person comes in and orders their food. They received their food in a reasonable time. Still nothing for us. Then another person comes in with a puppy. By this my husband still without his food and they take the dog through the kitchen. Employees didn’t wash their hand except the so call manager. Finally got our food. Now probably has dog hair in it so we feed that to our dog. I am very disappointed in this store and I will never go back again. Nothing but kids working there. I will be taking this up the chain until I know it was handled and that store cleaned!! I would NOT go to this DQ in Jourdanton!!! Employee for that registration was Joseph R.

I got the best choco brownie extreme blizzard there. It seemed to have been made with love or just done with pride. It had the perfect amount of ice cream to topping/mix ratio. It was delicious. The service was fast as well.

The store was a mess, the staff was friendly and professional. Our food was okay. Our fries were old and cold when we got them. There are 3 DQs in the area.. I prefer the one in Pleasanton over this one.

Blizzards were good. One large lady who works there was on her phone and eating. The volume on her phone was so loud I wasn't able to hear my husband trying to tell me something. She was very inconsiderate of her customers.

There is only one lady there who actually has a personality and doesn't act like you are beneath her. Now let me make it clear this is at the drive thru I'm not real sure about the ladies inside. I will say this though...If you don't like people and can't be sociable then DON'T WORK WITH THE PUBLIC
