I ordered the five piece chicken tender meal with country gravy. Sadly they don't offer country gravy at this location so I opted for ranch dressing. Okay I thought maybe it will be okay, however I only got four pieces in my meal and it was very dry and overcooked. Okay I thought maybe I'll give him another chance so I order a Sonic blast, I was told they do not serve Sonic blasts because they do not serve hard ice cream. I said okay what do you have? I was responded with just press the button when you're ready to order. I used to like going into this Sonic location however it's really gone downhill lately. What kind of Sonic doesn't serve Sonic blasts? If it's on the menu you should be able to serve it. Please fix.

Order two (02) footlong chili cheese cony. And a no. 6 . Could not understand the person taking my order, never saw my order on the screen to ensure it was correct, was never asked if any of them were going to be combo's. Never saw the price. The carhop brought out the no. 6, informed him the order was wrong he made no attempt to get the order correct he just walked back inside. It is things like this that make me avoid fast food places like this. Will not be back to this sonic.

I was passing through so thought I would stop in, this is the worst Sonic I have ever been too, I ordered the breakfast sandwich combo which I had to repeat myself 4 times it's like she wasn't listening, after ordering I noticed it was higher than expected, so once he brought out my order he had already had an attitude, I ask up the upcharge which he explained rudely which I laughed off and then he snatched my CC out my hand which I laughed off again, looked in my bag it was the wrong order once he came back with my CC I said politely that the order was wrong he snatched the bag and I ask to speak with a manager he told me NO!!!! So I had to push the button the lady that came out stated that all the managers was busy, so i ask her all manager are to busy to talk with a customer with a problem so she pretended to be a manager, once I told her the issue she told me basically that he had an attitude and to just let it go and she wasn't going to do anything, at this point I felt like it was because I was Black and once I said that she went back in got a manager and didn't tell him anything so I had to explain myself all over, The gentleman a finally talk to was Austin which he tried to make better with a free drink, wth! Never really giving a real solution until I mention I felt it was racist, but still after that I couldn't get my money back, which it wasn't about that money at this point. They need alot of training in there, and hire the right people to represent their business. Straight TRASH!!!!!

Will have you sit there for 20 min without even taking your order and not tell you a thing. Then when press the button again they just say please wait were backed up. Then hire more people. If you can't afford to just shut down then. It's fast food not sorry we can't keep workers or are to slow as workers. I could and did drive 15 min down the road and GOT food. First step they did was actually take my order.

This Sonic is decent. However, I ordered from the app and it wasn't working when I'd gotten there for me to check in and I'd already paid. That was a bit of a problem, but I told them what was in my order and they had it ready. I seem to have problems with checking in on the app quite a bit when I go to pick up my order and I drove from Hawley to Anson. This is a problem when I've already paid and I'm not able to check in on the app when I get there. The network unavailable message is a problem.

This Sonic has so many issues. Shake machine was broken last time I went. Before that I be couldn't get a gift card cause they were out or something was out of order. Seems to always have an issue.

My husband and I get carryout WAY too often at this Sonic located in Anson, Texas. The food is good, sometimes even very good, but not consistently. Also, you need to check your orders before leaving the parking spot because we have had many different times over the years of our order being incorrectly filled. However, when that has happened, the staff has quickly and courteously worked to correct things.We don't have many restaurants to choose from in Anson, so we are grateful for the Sonic being here. The management and staff deserve a thumbs up all around!

I ordered a #2 Cheesdburger with Onion Rings. The cheeseburger meat was maybe a little over cooked and a bit of small chunks of overcooked meatand the Onion Rings flavor should be improved on and not so hard & crunchy.Otherwise this visit and the food was oh, ok I guess. I have received much better cheeseburgers in the past at this Sonic location but, I wonder if Sonic has changed the quality and or the supplier of the meat patties???

I have food allergies and I still have yet for anyone to mess up my order. The food always comes out quickly even when they're busy and I need something to eat on my way to work in a pinch. Every car hop I've had there has been very respectful and curtious.

My family and I just ordered drinks and the guy on the intercom was so rude he kept saying after every order is that all, is that all but the car hop that gave us our drinks, that were so dirty and sticky, was absolutely rude! No one needs that negativity! Sonic needs to quit hiring people that hate life! Oh and our drinks were old tasting!

Food was hot and obviously fresh. Service was nice and friendly!! Sonic is one of our go to favorite fast food restaurants!07/01/2020:. We visited again today. Everything was cooked to perfection, as usual. Jonah was our server today and I have to say that he was extremely friendly and a wonderful server! Thank you again for a great meal!
