Sad to see we lost the Brookshire Pharmacy. Our doctor sent a priority Blood Pressure medicine to this pharmacy, now Walgreens, went there, "No, we don't have it." Doctor sent me the "eprescript receipt from the Pharmacy" reply, an hour and a half prior. Asked them to check again, they said "we can't help you" Asked them if they checked by the prescription number on the escript, said "no we can only look up name and we can't help you. Maybe it's an anti Tricare thing, they cancel that all the time. Oh well, guess I'll look for a reliable place. Did I mention I miss Brookshires?

If there was an option for 0 stars I would give that.# 1-I was charged for and given someone else's very expensive medication.#2 I received a phone call yesterday letting me know that I had 3 prescriptions ready for pickup but when I got home from picking them up there was only 2. I called to find out the problem and was told that they would have to order them. This was an urgent need medication but they were completely unresponsive. The woman I spoke with was rude and disrespectful and called my baby and told me they'd have the medication at the pharmacy by 9 o'clock today it's now 3:30 in the afternoon and the message still says they're working on it.In my opinion as a customer, this is not an acceptable level of customer service and certainly no way to run a business.
