First time using a mobile groomer and I am so glad we did. We have been going to the same groomer for years and the care and attention has declined. Leaving our pups all day just not good for them. Cheyenne was so patient with our little guy! I love the one on one time and the care she took with his sensitivity around his face and ears. We look forward to adding our other dog and continuing services moving forward. ❤️

Krysta @ the The Best Pet Spa worked absolute magic on Phoebe today!! Phoebe came in after the groom visibly happier and lighter, plus gave Krysta many thank you licks (rare for phoebe, lol). So so pleased and it was so easy with Krysta coming to us with the grooming van!! We will be seeing Krysta every 6 weeks on the dot!! (First two pics are before, other pics are after.) It is so hard to find someone to trust with a special breed and coat of a chow chow, and Krysta did so amazing.

Jenelle did a fantastic job on our Shih Tzu Maddie. Her cut was perfect. We can’t be more satisfied. Maddie’s coat was so soft and she smelled so good!! Highly recommend Jenelle from The Best Pet Spa.

Would give a 1 star but the lady who did my pups groom was really nice and did a great job. I WILL complain about the pricing though. Was charged $200 for a bath and de-shed, with only a butt trim. Not a full haircut. I have a husky, which are VERY KNOWN for having a double coat. They claimed his hair was impacted but it was not. He is simply blowing out his under coat. They up charged me $45 for the "compacted" hair. I worked for a vet for nearly a year and know what compacted hair looks like and I brush my dog at least twice a week. His hair easily falls out when brushing and was not compacted!! Majority of the time when hair is compacted, it needs to be shaved, & his was not shaved! The groomer texted me 3 HOURS in, sending pictures and stating the upcharge and when I responded asking the total price, attempting to get answers, there was no response until she knocked on my door 45 minutes later for payment and was done with the groom. If I had gotten a response sooner, I probably would have told her to stop for the ridiculous price. Every other groomer he has been to, mobile or not, does not charge near as much and has never up charged me, especially that much. Will never use them again.

Highly recommend! I have a 13 year old Great Dane/Lab mix. Because of his age it’s hard for me to get him out to a groomer. I was so excited when I heard from my neighbor that she uses this mobile grooming company and loved them. It was super easy to book an appointment! When She arrived she was polite and greeted my dog with respect for his age. I could tell right off that I could trust her to take care of him when she walked him out to the grooming vehicle. He came back looking and smelling great!! I was so satisfied with the entire process and will definitely be booking through them again.

If I could give this team more than 5 stars, I would. I have visited a number of dog groomers since moving to Anna, Texas - and this is the first team who clearly brings their full heart into their time with my two dogs.The level of compassion they have for animals is something I haven't seen anywhere else, with any other dog groomer.I have two Great Pyrenees dogs, which means they have double-coated fur.If you have a dog with double coated fur, do yourself a favor and make sure your dog groomer is The Best Pet Spa.It's very important you go to dog groomers who know how to support with different fur types, and dog types.I am incredibly confident in their ability after my 3 appointments with them so far. I'm also grateful that it's clear to me that they do know what they're talking about, when it comes to my dogs' fur and well-being.For me, this means the world as someone who's new to the dog care world.I have now set up monthly grooming appointments with this team, because after each visit it's clear to me that my two dogs are healthier and happier.And that's the best I could ask for.Thank you Jenelle and Cheyenne! You two are heaven sent! <3

I was unsure having my long-haired dachshund getting groomed and cutting her hair as short as I was thinking for the summer. But they did AMAZING!! Would highly recommend. This was her first groom and I was unsure how’d she do (but knowing how much she loves baths I was hoping for the best). They came back with high marks on her behavior which is very complimentary of the groomer’s caring and patient personality!

We have a problem dog. A high maintenance 11 year old maltipoo diva. The Best Pet Spa is the only place she hasn’t freaked out over going to. She looks and smells so good after her appointments. The staff are so accommodating with our schedules. We couldn’t be happier with their service.

My dog had his first grooming with TBPS, and we absolutely loved it. The fact that they come to your home is so convenient and my puppy loved Krysta. She did a great job with his cut and getting all of the extra hair off his face. The entire experience is great. You will get a quote for the service and reminders for your appointment via text message. They check with you a day after to ensure 100% satisfaction. I don't see us going back to conventional grooming salons. They are truly "The Best"

They come to your home which is super convenient! Krysta was really quick and did a great job on our two dogs. She was done with both dogs in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend!

(Before and After photos included) I couldn’t be more happy with how my mini dachshund turned out! Jenelle was kind, responsive, on-time and my dog seemed very happy afterwards! My dog struggles with separation anxiety so I loved that Bailey didn’t have to be dropped off anywhere and only was gone for the amount of time it took for her to be groomed. We will continue to use Jenelle and I will definitely be recommending her to all my dog moms and dads out there 🤩

Jenelle is by far the best groomer I have had in over 40 years of puppies with hair. I now have 4 Yorkies and they love her. My little almost 2lb. just had his first groom at 10 weeks and he was a matted mess. She was so kind and caring and patient. My puppy was fighting her and she just calmed him down and gave him the best groom ever and all those mats gone. I love her!!!!!!! She is patient, kind, caring, gentle, quick and they always smell good and look so dang cute I can't stand it. She does exactly as I ask, ears, butts, eyes, nails and hair trims. They are happy to see her because they feel better! I highly recommend this wonderful young lady for taking care of your precious angel fur babies. They will love her to death and never loathe a grooming again! Thank you Jenelle for all the hard work and for becoming mobile. Love It!!!!!!!

I scheduled a mobile groomer for the first time in 13 years for my Siberian Husky senior female. I picked the greatest one out there with Janelle. She made my shedding, shaggy girl look fantastic. Plus in such great time! I expected multiple hours based on drop off grooming from the past. Zoey was not all worn out and exhausted, which is important to me in her advanced years. Janelle took great care of her coat, especially her feet and belly that are recovering from hot spots. The Best Pet Spa will be back to see both my girls regularly. Thank you Janelle!

The name says it all! This is THE best pet groomer. We have had dogs for decades and used many different groomers over the years, most recently the big box store groomers. I would never go back to a box store groomer. My dog was so much more less stressed out, the groomer was friendly and did an AMAZING job! This is the by far, the best cut my little bichon frise has had yet. I would highly recommend and immediately booked my next appointment.

Jenelle is an amazing groomer. She is always so kind, patient and attentive to my two dogs. My Shi Tzu Sophie is normally very stressed after being groomed. Every time Jenelle grooms her, Sophie comes back inside with a bounce in her step. I cannot recommend The Best Pet Spa enough!

I have been using Grooming Gallery Mobile Pet Spa for years! Jenelle is great with our dog Juice. He’s a big lab who sheds a lot. This was always a HUGE problem for us. Every other place I went was super expensive and didn’t do nearly as good of a job de-shedding Juice. He smelled nicer for longer too! The fact that she is able to come right to our door made it a no brainer, and I have been going with her ever since!
