I live a hour away from Anna and there is no one else on this planet I would trust with my puppies than the whole team at Paw of the Family.My dogs are like ‘mama who?’ when they see the front door. My 90lb Bernese Mountain Dog LEAPS into Katelyn’s arms when he sees her. Heavens bless that woman for loving my dogs.Also? Spend a day at daycare. They are snoring in the car on the drive home and sleep through the night.I love Paw of the Family and trust them fully with the safety and happiness of my puppies.

It is such a nice place. When I first came to Texas they were barely starting. It was a very little company so I got to see the growth of it and you know now just a regular place to go to. To get my dog treats,dog toys, dog food , harnesses, leashes, collars, shampoo. Love the place

Why do we love Paw of the Family?1. Dog Wash: Their self service dog wash is awesome for us to wash our large black Labrador Retriever. It’s worth the price to wash our dog in a comfortable environment where I don’t have to bend down. They provide the soap, water, and towels.2. Selection: They have a great selection of everything you need for your dog (I assume other pets too, but I wouldn’t know!).3. Grooming: They have some amazing groomers. Our black lab gets groomed quarterly (I use the self service dog wash between grooming), and they brush her teeth, clean her ears, and trim her coat. She always looks and smells wonderful after grooming.4. Boarding: We boarded our black lab for 4 days this month, and she had a great time. I loved being able to watch her in her kennel overnight. Our lab is usually a picky eater when she isn’t home, but Paw of the Family must’ve been like home because she ate all of her meals during her “vacation”.

I LOVE the owners and the staff here. They have recently opened up their doggy day care and boarding facility, which my pup went to check out today!It’s such fun! While summer is just about over, I love that it’s an indoor facility, perfect for all weather!Also, they have cameras to stalk your furry friends! I’ve been watching my baby and they take great care to ensure everyone is playing well!

We took our old man here yesterday for his final goodbye bath and from the moment we walked in with him we were greeted with so much kindness. The staff was so incredibly helpful at getting things set up and offering help if we needed it to get him through his bath. He absolutely loved all the treats he was given. We’ll be back soon for sure on less sad circumstances but I can’t begin to thank y’all enough for making such a hard day just a little easier ❤️

Cannot say enough good things about this place! The groomer, Chelsea is incredible!! She’s the only groomer my pup isn’t afraid of, which is why I followed her from McKinney to Anna - he LOVES her! She alone is worth the drive but it didn’t take long to see why she made the move. Great little place with super friendly and knowledgeable employees who go above and beyond. They love my little guy like he’s their own ♥️.

We have seen this family owned business grow so much and so fast, it’s honestly such a blessing to have an honest and loving animal store in town. From the amazing options of food, treats, grooming and now daycare/boarding it’s just been an awesome experience all around. We love this place and so does our pup!

Paw of the Family was already one of our favorite pet places for our cat supplies, but our latest experience shows that they take customer service to the next level!After years of fending them off, my wife and son finally convinced me to get a puppy. 🤣😂🤣So, Jess came to the rescue for this 1st time dog owner family and put together a puppy kit that was perfect for our new addition. It had everything we needed from the collar & leads to the food & crate.No more big box stores for us - Paw of the Family has been and will remain to be our go-to store!

Chelsea has been our dogs groomer for the last 3 years. She does an absolutely wonderful job. Our 70lbs rescue dog has always been a big scaredy cat and somehow Chelsea seems to do her magic. We always recommend her to our friends and family.

Love love love this store. Used their self service dog wash today for our 2 boys. They helped set us up (made accommodations for our tripod pup), got them warm shampoo (customized to their needs - hypoallergenic, whitening, etc), helped make the experience a breeze. So much better than doing it at home. No back breaking, no clean up, no mess. And reasonably priced. They love on your pups like their own!!Also… don’t let their pitiful bath faces steer you away! They loved all the attention!

Took my 2 dogs in to get their nails trimmed. A la carte nail trim service was $23/dog (taxes included). Chelsea did a great job. Definitely coming back

We took ours spoiled babies to the Groomer at Paw of the Family and she did an amazing job with them, after having a bad experience with a local mobile groomer here in Anna, TX. She was very patient with them and very understanding of our concerns. I do recommend her, specially with small dogs. Great store to visit with a very friendly staff. Support our local business!

Paw of the Family does not accept unaltered dogs over 6 months of age. This business practice encourages early spay and neuter practices that are not in line with current research on what is in the best health interests for large breed dogs who should not be altered prior to 2 years of age for healthy bone and joint development. Please find a place that will watch your dogs in a manner that is in line with their health needs!

Finally found a local groomer here in Anna that doesn’t charge an arm and a leg.This place is amazing! They got my dog in the same day and even gave him the cutest bow tie! We will definitely be back!

I took my dog to get groomed and was very happy. There is a large selection of pet items. I know they also board and offer daycare, but I haven’t had a chance to use them for that yet. Everyone seemed very friendly and, of course, loved animals. I will go back.

I had a great experience at Paw of the Family! After finding out that our dog food had been bought out, I was worried about the quality but struggling to find time to research a new food. The staff at the store was so helpful and I felt confident buying their recommended replacement. I am super picky about what our animals eat. So far, both the dog and cat seem to love their new food. We will definitely be shopping here for our pets going forward.

Their scheduling policies are ridiculous! They canceled my appointment because I was late 10 minutes. I took the day off from work to make it there. The girl refused to take my dog in even after explaining the construction road block down the road. These thieves still charged $50 even though they didn't cut my dogs hair. So inconsiderate! I will never book an appointment here again!It does not matter how many times and in how many places you post it. It's still a ridiculous amount just because someone is 10 to 20 minutes late. It's your job to be there all day anyway. I would understand a smaller percentage, but $50 is baffling! Of course, if your stylist will get paid no matter what, they will opt for the pay me for no work option! I will never return here! There are many places south of this area that actually need and want the work. I would rather drive further out here forward!
