I called & was given a quote of $50 for a haircut for our golden. I told her she is old & has been losing hair at the top and we would like to even her out. When my husband dropped her off, she asks how short to cut her hair, he wanted her shaved. When i went to pick her up, we were charged $92! I gladly paid for the service but when I called back to clarify the miscommunication in pricing, was told I was never quoted for a haircut of any kind. I completely understand my husband asked for her to be shaved, which I wasn’t aware of and not what i originally asked for. But the difference between a haircut and shaving i wouldn’t think would be a $40 differnce. Very upset with how the situation was handled and how I was talked to over the phone. Highly unprofessional. I honestly wish the conversation would have been handled differently because the dogs haircut looks great and we would have loved to go back. But that will not be the case as of right now.

My dog and 2 Granddogs LOVE going to the Bow Wow Boutique for their "spa day." From head to tail they do a great job making your dog look their best. In fact, it's the ONLY groomer business that I actually know all the staff by name - and I didn't even TRY to. Every visit is pleasant. Highly recommended!!!!

We were so happy when we found this establishment up until today. I can no longer recommend a place that treats their customers the way I was treated today. A business owner should not speak to a customer as if they are one of their children nor be disrespectful and dismissive. Very poor form. Even my son said that we were treated rudely and he a humble and soft-spoken individual. A truly sad state of affairs.

Needed dogs nails ground down immediately (got to long as I wasn't paying attention). Drop in welcomed, got her in and out in about 15 minutes. She has big pawals and big claws so it was great.
