Usually a friendly store. Shop here often. Doris is excellent. Tonight manager was rude. Other worker stocking shelves noticed & said it’s a circus. Girl behind counter said tired of people coming in. Will not be back till manager replaced. What a “B”!!!!

The staff is rude and hateful … If you asked a question you are spoken to like they don’t want to be bothered. Store is very dirty and unkept… Will not every shop there again…. And no name badge on so i can’t call them out by name . The talk thin man with the long hair you need to take pride in your work . Are find another job.

Fantastic experience! Our box fan died after 9pm so we drove to only store in our area to get another one. Even though it was almost closing time, the employees were very friendly and courteous. We were very satisfied with our visit and will definitely be back ! (Albeit, not at closing time).)

Convenient & close to where I stay.. I wanted to purchase a tank of propane...1st time buyer I didn't know how to do so so I asked the cashier apparently she's was also a NewB she asked da other cashier and she was to busy flirting with a customer to ever respond¡!!!!!!!! So I took it on myself to bring da tank in da store then I got her attention!!! Bad bad customer service support!!! Gotta give them more training!!!!!

I shop at this Dollar General in Carlos as its very convenient for me, I am literally one minute away. The staff is the friendliest I have encountered at a Dollar General! The store is always clean,well stock, nothing blocking the isles! Doris and Nicole are excellent ! However I’m sad to see they switched the managers the new one came from the Navasota store, She’s rude and not helpful at all! I and two other people was standing in line and the buzzer which I had never heard before went off to let the worker know there was a customer. I waited and thought well maybe they are in the back, buzzer went off again, a minute later she came out of the office. Never said a word to me or the other customers! She had a hard time getting my change out with her ridiculous nails! Never offered my receipt to me! What a change! I can’t believe they took a good manager and put a bad manager with bad people skills in her place! I now avoid going unless Doris or Nicole are there! I’m so disappointed!

Very organized. The employees were very helpful in finding things in the store. Handiecap parking. The parking lot was nice and clean. Plenty of ice. And of course they ID for any tobacco products and beer. Which is nice. It keeps people away that aren't old enough to buy them or just don't have an ID, which I think everyone needs to carry anyway.

My car broke down. I pulled in the lot and waited for a tow. It's during a heatwave, and the employees at the store, were the sweetest, and let me sit inside until my ride showed up. Can't say enough good things about the workers. I truly appreciate their hospitality.Shout to the young man, working the registers he was owning both of them at the same time, ringing customers up. Dudes a boss! Deserves a raise.

Great store for the most part. No sense in complaining about the small stuff . It won't change anything. I just appreciate the wonderful evening staff up there who really make a point to put a smile on anyone's face.

Always clean and well stocked. My wife and I always try to go there on Saturday. Only issue I have is a recent new hire they have. She was kind of rude. Other employees are always nice.

This is my favorite DG in the area, very organized. Nice and clean. Please, Just don't start cramming it so full you are overwhelmed and it seems messy! (there is another one in the area that is like that)

It’s not the staff fault, there delivery truck is never on time. I was there Sunday 22, of August. I returned Tuesday 24, still no milk. The staff said no truck. What is the problem with the truck delivery.
