I was in the store around 3pm on 3/5/21I think they were restocking as there were columns of cartons in isle but I was able to maneuver around ok. I needed help finding the gift bags and although the store employee seemed to be extremely busy she pleasantly assist me without looking annoyed that I interrupted her. I love this store they have had what I went for everytime especially during the beginning of the pandemic in 2020. The cashier is always very nice to deal with.

Always a good deal. Friendly employees helpful and honest. Has bathroom if you ask. New sales all the time. Prices can not be beat. Have unique items too have items hard to find elsewhere. I go at least 3 times a week or more.

I have been coming here for a couple of months since I'm new to the area and usually, it's great but... my car is temp out of commission so i left my house at 8:20 since maps said they still close at 10. I got there at 8:59 and there was an employee standing at the door. I walked up sweaty from the walk and she would not let me in. I also noticed a written sign on the door stating they would be closing at 9pm...please update your website!!!! All i needed was a pack of cigarettes but she would not budge. I still had 1 minute until 9 but she stood her ground. Needless to say, i was very upset as it was a long humid texas night kind of walk all for nothing. Once again, PLEASE UPDATE YOUR SITE!!!!

Store was crowded with merchandise. My first and last time there! We i was leaving i ran over the slopped curb and ended up in the ditch, with a flat tire. Store employees came outside to smoke and watch but never bothered to help. Or even ask if i was ok... they really need to put a bigger curb down and not a gradual slope

Great store but could use more Solid white undergarments ex. Panties, bras, boxer briefs, thermals, spagetti strap undershirts, long sleeve undershirts, tank tops...Just remember Chambers County Only allows someone to keep their undergarments If they are Solid White & there's alot of people that Basically get out of bed wondering if they are going to end up locked up by the end of the day and so they go ahead and Dress for the occasion & All solid white undergarments is A MUST!

The new employees seem happy, outgoing and friendly. The even suggested a product for cleaning car and one employee even walked back and got the product for me. It was a good day shipping in my hometown.

It's always a pleasure going, I've never been when in it's too crowded or busy. I love that! Restroom is always on point, service is acceptable. All around good lil family store.

Need to organize their store. Can't hardly move a shopping cart thru the aisles as there's too much stuff to stock in the way and there's hardly ever both check out lanes open.

This store in anahuac tx used to be a good store. They changed managers and the one they have now is never there they only have 1 person working and stuff is sitting every where you can never find what you want any more and there is never a basket anywhere. I am 76 years old and.i can never get any help. She will never make it through the holidays bring the old manager back

The isles were cluttered and the floors were dirty. Handicap parking is on the side of the building making it difficult to walk that far. No large bags for my 2 large items I bought.

Prices on the floor never are the same at register. Couponing takes forever. But the employees will try to help the best they can

They need to quit putting all those merchandise carts in isles ! Can't hardley find anything and can't even push cart down many of them ! Either bring one out and put up or leave in storage !!!

You cant get down isles to shop its got carts and inventory sitting everywhere,
