I have never been able to get my three huskies in at the same time. Woof Gange took on the task, and they did a great job. I am sure they are still cleaning up all the fir. 😂. Koko, Nyx, and Jorden didn't rush out of the office, and that is always a good sign. The staff gave the pups loves as they walked us to the door. Thanks for taking such good care of our family!!

I have been to multiple groomers in Amarillo and by far this place nailed it. My dog was socialized not crated the entire time. The time they took to detail and cleanliness was amazing and he looks like a doodle not a poodle. Friendly staff and the bakery is a plus even though I have a picky eater. Thanks.

I am beyond happy with them! The care this staff has. My big guy is 105 lbs and I will admit he’s a handful. When I drop him off other places they make me feel like he’s a burden. The amount care and love they showed him made me so happy. They are so reasonably priced and he got a bandanna 10/10 best in Amarillo!!

OMG… I cannot Brag on the Whole Team enough!! ❤️The owners are Amazing and our groomer, Ashley, does a BEAUTIFUL JOB!!I have an Afghan Hound and she is a pretty high maintenance chick… for 5 years I’ve been taking her to be groomed at another posh pet salon and after trying Woof Gang in Amarillo, we will never go anywhere else!The final result is GORGEOUSNESS, but the products they use make maintaining Ava’s coat between appointments sooo much easier.And the assortment of baked goodies are always a fun way to end a GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Took my dog for a haircut and asked for all of her to be shaved evenly.When I picked her up, her tail was not shaved evenly to the rest of her body, and her snout hair was also a little longer, I told them, and they took her back and fixed it.Her head also has a small part that is unevenLater, I noticed the bottom of her paws were not shaved and took her back. Nothing changed and told me something about her looking weird if they do that, which makes no sense.My expectations were high, especially since it was a $70 serviceBesides that, they do have really yummy snacks, and everyone was niceThey asked me to go back so they could fix it. That would have been the third time she went back to be fixed...

FINALLY!!! A place to have your pet groomed where they know what their doing AND have excellent customer service! Greeted with such enthusiasm and kindness by the friendly staff and our Shih Tzu was at ease the entire time. She looked absolutely beautiful after her professional grooming and we couldn't be more pleased! Thank you ladies for your kindness and professionalism. We will DEFINITELY BE BACK!🐶 Went back to Woof Gang for grooming and treats and had yet another positive experience! Owner and staff are so kind and welcoming... not to mention that they were so wonderful to Nova as well 💕! Thank y'all!

We took our two older Australian Shepherds for their first grooming ever, and the experience was amazing! They took their time with our dogs and made sure they were comfortable throughout the process. They came out looking beautiful and perfect!!

Ashley was absolutely amazing. She is very knowledgeable on her breed of dogs and knows exactly what needs to be done. I am so pleased how my King Charles Cavalier turned out. They took very good care of him. We will be back.

I understand the staff can keep your baby up to 4 hours but they have kept mine for 5½ hours and my poor girl came home super thirsty and still charged me full price and didn't apologize for the inconvenience. I hope they get better at getting done faster. I was also not expecting to pay that much for a simple cut.

I have booked online 5 times, paying a $30 deposit each time. I just realized that those are not temporary holds on funds, those charges have been going through along with paying FULL PRICE for the grooming in person at pick up ($150 total over 5 appointments). When I called to inquire about this I was informed that the $30 deposit should have been deducted from my total at checkout but was not. They have said they will "look into it", and I have been refunded for one of the charges already.Please be aware that if you utilize their online booking and pay the deposit, it should be discounted from your total. If I had not taken a closer look at my online banking they would have kept an additional $150 of my money. Even though I expect a refund, I am still giving one star because it is impossible to believe this hasn't happened to other people. This business needs to do a full audit of those deposits and ensure that they are being credited to EVERY account, not just the ones who catch it and call them out for it.

We took our furbaby in for a bath & groom and he came back happy, handsome and clean! The treats are a healthy and tasty option for your pets and the location was clean and welcoming. The staff and owners were also extremely knowledgeable of the products and very friendly! Will definitely be going back!

Compared to the stories I’ve heard about Woof Gang Bakery, I was left incredibly disappointed with my visit. After 2-1/2 hours, my puppy came back very wet with shedded hair all over him. If I had not asked they would have charged me for a teeth cleaning they did not do, and with the excuse that it was a busy day. It made me feel as if my dog was not well taken care of. Was left very dissatisfied with my visit.

Staff was so friendly and helpful, they created a very welcoming facility for ourselves, and our dogs. The groomers were very informative and so kind to our more timid rescue dog. Our Chihuahua LOVED the groomer, which is so hard to find because she can be a very sassy girl. She was groomed to perfection and we are beyond happy with the service provided. Don’t question it, just take your pups here and pamper them, you won’t regret it! Thank you again for taking great care of our fur babies, appreciative is an understatement.

Took our cocker spaniel in to get groomed, had to reschedule two different times and finally got her in the third time. They then took her for a 10 o clock appointment but then called us saying they didn’t even start on her until 12:30. We then waited another four hours to pick her up and when we did she looked like an entirely different dog. My husband told them to only take a half inch off and she came back completely shaved, and the groomer did not even know what a simple puppy cut was. I would not ever recommend taking your dog there unless it’s for the treats.

There are so many things to love about Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming!! The staff is exceptional, caring and knowledgeable about dogs and are just as excited to see my 2 dogs, as my dogs are about seeing them. They always go above and beyond with making sure my dogs are well taken care of. My family and I love this place because of the staff, the great products for our dogs and the over and above customer service we always receive! Definitely best place in town!
