I love this place. They have food for all your animals. There's even a self serve dog wash in the back. But best of all, the folks here are so nice and helpful. There is a garden center. There's just to much to mention. Visit and enjoy!

If I could rate lower I would. I’ve been a loyal customer for years. Selected this company as my prime source for pet food supply. Up until 9/22, it would have remained this way.On 9/22 at 9:43 AM, I approached the counter with a bag of cat food (Purina Pro Plan). For the past 5 years, I have been able to use my membership under Purina to have discounts at Tractor supply, a supplier of Purina products. I’m able to use this since my wife is a veterinarian student and former veterinary technician (they fix your pets, so the industry gives back to its experts. Makes sense.)Using this method every couple of weeks for the past 5 years to feed our pets, I have never run into the issue I had at the Canyon Rd Tractor Supply with Manager Steve and his sidekick (didn’t catch his name), nor have I dealt with the amount of unprofessional attitude, condension, and disrespect as I did that day.With a bag of cat food, I pulled out my logged in membership account and presented it as always ready to pay. Steve said “well you’ve never done this with me” implying he’s already set out to be a hardass and make life difficult.He continues to express that he knows everything about the company and all the policies and this is not part of it. As any regular customer does, they press on the matter with “please double check” and “I was just here doing this 2 weeks ago”. He continues to oppose me on this subject. I literally do this 1 or twice a month, and again, have done so for the latter 5 years!He says, “we’re here to make money, how am I supposed to do this?” I’m just a loyal customer ready to make the payment. After that I said “Really? Even though I do this every other week? If you wanted to make money, you just failed your company and your customer. You don’t get a sale from me anymore.” I plopped the bag on his counter for him to restock and left.You, sir, have bad customer skills and should not be in a management position - coming from a manager himself.P.S. I left, went to Pet Supplies Plus (who has a fully stocked shelf - unlike tractor supply) and got exactly what I needed for my hungry pets at the discount I am supposed to get.Thanks Pet Supplies Plus! Went to rent their utility trailer only to be told it's broken. No explanation on the break. We Looked the trailer over and it looked perfectly operational. Thoughts are the manager was to lazy to come assist the little girl who was unsure.

This place is awesome. My Burrito (English Bulldog) loves this place. We usually find any of the supplies we're looking for here. The staff is always great. The place is always clean, neat and organized. The pet station is great, and has come in very handy since it opened.

Came in an hour before close and spent twenty minutes in the store without ever laying eyes on an employee. Waited around at the checkout for a couple more minutes and started to put my items up when someone finally came out of the back to help me.Other than that it is not a bad store. I was able to find everything I needed pretty quickly and the store seemed tidy.

Bought some items on sale to find out they are not on sale even though the sign states otherwise. Spoke to the manager she agreed that a employee made a mistake. I asked to return the items and she said she could not help me return them. I said there 10 people in line and she rolled her eyes and said and? Took 20 minutes and it was their mistake.

Helpful, friendly associates. Had everything I was looking for except halters. They were probably low on stock due to kids getting ready to start working with animals, but they only had pegboard space for a few anyways. Always fun to go in & just look around. Usually find something on sale.

Went in there to find a hose I needed for a power washer. The staff is very friendly, greets tubas you're coming in and the associate went out of his way to figure out and find exactly what I needed and made sure to find the items that were on sale saving me money, which is always nice. Even with the construction going on in the area they are still easy to access. I'll definitely be back. Thanks for the awesome job.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Usually shave in stock what we need for our horses, cats, and dogs. Today, they were out of one item, but told me which day and time to expect it.I have also purchased clothes, gifts, and farm supplies here.Like the prices.

They had the coveralls I needed for the job. Plus a clearance lunch box. Decent service.Would have given 5 stars but they had a man in line with 3 dogs that they turned away because they ran out if towels. The manager was not very understanding of the man and womans frustration. I asked if they could even comp him 1 free dog wash to come back but their reply was " It's not our fault we ran out of towels and had to shut it down". Actually, it is. Have what the customers need or at least understand why the customer is upset. The man even offered to buy a towel but they only had 30.00 towels. Not what he needed. Sad to see someone upset and not be able to help with commonsense.

I've always loved tractor supply company but my wife and I recently found out they have a dog wash station in the building and it was really inexpensive and very convenient for two big dogs. They have a clean store and a little bit of everything! Prices seem pretty fair and customer service is good too.

Terrible return policy. They do not want to give you money back (with receipt) if you lose the debit card you purchased item with. They will only offer to you a gift card. Not right

I have a farm, and so I spend a decent amount of money here each month on supplies and food. The staff is friendly and the item selection is pretty decent. My biggest complaint is prices. They're very high for this area. My other complaint is lack of cashier's when they're busy.

They treat their employees like dirt the managers are ugly and bully their staff, give the very minimum hour and expect them to be happy. They make snide comments about their employees and threaten them, I will never go here ever till there is all new management otherwise nah

One of the workers there, I believe her name was Rihanna or Rhiannon, grabbed my kid by the back of his neck and hit his hands when she found him trying some shoes on last Friday. I guess she thought he was stealing, never the less putting her hands on my 9 year old child is absolutely unacceptable. Whenever I got authorities and told her manager, he tried to bribe me so I would act like it wasn’t such a big deal. There were reports filed. long story short- don’t come to this place.

If you're looking for the best place in town to find old fashioned sodas and food to feed your livestock as well as multiple other things that appeal to a farmer/livestock owner then by gersh tootin you have found the perfect place in town it's a unique atmosphere with pretty kind people (you may be disappointed by the lack of howdy's) but that's okay because the head nods to you will make you feel respected in a time where that is something hard fought for and rarely given
