The employees at this store are amazing. The level of customer service blew me away. I'm from Pennsylvania & no one is this helpful there. The woman there, (I'm sorry, I didn't get her name), spent literally 1/2 hr with me getting my rusty, stripped, old licence plate off & getting my new one on. She was amazing! Definitely go there!

The manager at this location is great! I've had two encounters with her I wish I wasn't so bad with names! She is very knowledgeable she helped me get everything I needed for my 8yr old dog that accidentally got pregnant. I believe if it wasn't for her knowledge and great communication skills it would have turned out much differently! I have a healthy mom and 3 healthy puppies 4 didn't make it but I believe none of them would have made it if not for her! Even the vet called her Miracle mom!

Went in to get cat food. My cats prefer hair ball control. A red head lady name was Shawna got a ladder and found my food. Thanks the misses would of been mad without the hairball control. 2 thumbs up 👍 👌 👏

I'd leave a negative mark if I could, I went in to purchase coveralls. Lack of professionalism to start, first off I was profiled by two females who treated me rude as if I was there to steal, when I asked for the DMs number to express my grievances they called two employees out of the back who proceeded to use their authority to push me out all the way to my pickup threatening violence along the way and was told to never return to that store, I'm a small business owner who frequently shops at this location but after this morning I'll never spend another dime with Tractor supply

Over the past year, I have been to this store four different times to get a propane tank filled; yet, there was no employee who could fill my tank. One of the times, I even called them before I went. They told me an employee was available to fill propane tanks; but, when I got there, no employee was available. Their sign says they fill propane tanks...that is not accurate. Don't waste your time at this Tractor Supply. The customer service and management are poor.

I'm from Tennessee and have been going to Tractor Supply for years. It's a great retail chain.This location has the rudest, most unhelpful staff I've ever seen at a retail store. I asked for help locating a product and the cashier said "I don't know anything about that." Then walked away. I watched as she was approached by another customer who she also ignored.I am traveling with a cat and came in to buy some pine pellets for her litter box as well as an electric fan I saw advertised online. I had a small grocery bag of dirty litter to throw away, and as a paying customer I assumed I was welcome to use the trash can. I didn't want offend anyone with the smell, so instead of dropping it in the front trash can and forcing an employee to carry it to the dumpster later, I simply went to the back of the store and threw it in the dumpster myself.The same employee who refused to help me locate the $50 fan I was looking for came out the back to talk on her cellphone. I guess she was in a hurry to do that and didn't have time for customer sevice. She (Sky I believe) started yelling at me threatening to call the police for "illegal dumping".I was simply trying to be polite and maintained a friendly attitude throughout the experience.As an Army combat veteran I have had the good fortune to shop in retail stores in 13 countries. This truly stands out as bad customer service experience, all the more surprising due to the high quality service I have received at stores in TN.

Employee (I think her name was Sky) was extremely rude and clueless about products. This employee should not be allowed to interact with customers. I was nothing but patient and respectful when their system was down. After waiting at the register for about 10 minutes without any acknowledgement or explanation for the wait, I was met with a very nasty attitude. I used to work at Petsense (owned by Tractor Supply) and it is not hard to treat customers with respect. Worst Tractor Supply experience ever. Go to a different one if you have to go at all.

Don’t waste your time here.Sounds like a great place but in reality employees are clueless and cashiers feel entitled. Happily take your money but refuse to refund it even with a receipt and even after a clueless employee telling you the part you are purchasing is the right part when in reality it isn’t. For God’s sake if you DO have to return something make sure it is within the 30 day return policy which is not posted on the receipt.

After hearing about their dog washing facility from a friend, I took my two dogs there for a bath, along with all their bath supplies. I was pleased to see all the supplies I needed were already there! Several types of shampoos, dry towels, and even a table that raised & lowered so I could clip their nails. I will be back!

Hands down best TSC I have ever been to. The staff is very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. Melinda & Erik are an unstoppable force! Always working to keep the store organized and clean. A huge thank you to the staff for always being willing to chase whatever I need down if it is not in their store!

If purposely ignoring customers was an Olympic Event, Tractor Supply you have a Gold Medal Contender in this store. Walked up to a sales person who was stocking, he turned slightly, saw me, then turned his back to me and continued stocking. I waited for him to finish his stocking and he actually walked sidewise, like a crab, to keep his back toward me. I left your store empty handed. Found what I needed at Gebos. 1 star given, 0 stars earned.

Placed an online order for local pick up, got a confirmation and funds were pull from my account for payment. But when I showed up at the store the order can't be found and nothing can be done. Apparently they're system can process payments but not orders. Absolutely ridiculous.

Address is wrong on Google maps and when I called the girl was no help In explaining they were literally 100 meters away behind the bank. Spent 20 mins trying to find it before a having to ask someone at wamart. Ask for alfalfa which she charged us for come to find out no alfalfa just grass hay. Train your staff

Fantastic store with lots of unique farming, gardening, pet supplies.... and tools! Staff has always been friendly and quick to answer questions. Store is pretty small, so it's easy to get in and out. Recommended!

Wow, this is amazing. Where the bears at??? Holla holla Chevy impala. Anyway the bears were back gain, but it’s fine ig just don’t hmu only real ones know what’s wrong. This place is great, had my first and last breakup here in the chicken feed section. Good times,,, good times. Anyone know how to get? The breath room?

They always have a good selection of everything you'd need for a rural home. Plenty of farm supplies and a good mix of tools and home improvement items. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

This is the worst tractor supply I have ever been in. Their shelves are constantly empty of items they should regularly stock. I have talked to management about issues with items being out of stock and I’ve called corporate TWICE. I have to drive to the complete opposite side of town for anything I need and that is absolutely ridiculous.
