Brenda did an amazing job on my Shiloh. He isn’t the easiest pup, he came with severe anxiety and past groomer abuse trauma but she did a FANTASTIC job taking her time but still showing him love. They reassured me he would be taken care of and Shiloh definitely left happy! Definitely recommend this shop to ANYONE. They will love your dog/cat with the biggest heart!

After bringing my cats here for the past few years, trying to make an appt for their annual groom they wouldn’t return the call. I have no problem if they’ve decided not to groom cats any longer but a return call advising of the change would have been nice. Sadly, not even that courtesy.

My cat had mats on rear legs.The owner and her mom were AWESOME. calm and quick. My cat look wonderful. Her demeanor is more relaxed AND she can groom back there now. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND 4 PAWS UP!🐾🐾

Brenda Richardson was amazing, gentle, caring, and so much more with my Chow Beara.I was recommended to come to the Paw Spa for my pregnant chow to get shaved not only did she give her a sanitary shave but she bath her, treated her ticks, and my Beara was the most happiest she has been in a while. I will trust them now forever. The whole team was sweet and professional. They made me feel very welcomed. The office was clean and organized with affodable pricing.

The owner is so amazing! She goes above & beyond for any animal that is took to her shop. My small dog alfalfa had such long hair & got stuck in a sticky trap somehow.. I called so many places trying to get him in for a cut & bath because I just wasn't able to get all of the sticky residue out of his fur. Not one person would take him in to help my poor baby. But when I called the Paw Spa & spoke to misty she told me to bring him in ASAP she was about to close the shop for the day in 30 minutes but she went out of her way and stayed for me and my baby for around 2 hours after she was already closed just to help him. I recommend her to everyone I know she genuinely cares for every animal brought into her shop & I'm so grateful that she stayed to help him that day!

They took care of my dad's dog by making him smell and look good...he's a Yorkie and the other places we've taken him to get groomed always mess his cut up by his neck and ears. You guys were quick and efficient! If you're looking for a great place to take your pups or cats to get groomed come here...they know what they are doing! Thanks again!!

Misty has been grooming my schnauzer for almost nine years. There was a year before Misty opened the PawSpa, that I could not find her, that I had used two other groomers, but I wasn't very comfortable with them. Was so happy to find Paw Spa and Misty and love the way she treats my furbaby, and my pup loves Misty. We are extremely happy with Misty. And she also sings to the pups as she's making them pretty.

Misty is so sweet to my babies (and to me)! She had a few problems grooming a couple of them (I have four) but this is the first time I've been to her. I'm sure once she gets used to them and the way I like my dogs being done things will be great! I've seen her pics and she does a friend of mine's dog and he always looks so cute! APRIL 2022: EDITED REVIEW No matter how many times I asked Misty to shorten my dogs ears, pull their hair out of their ears, trim their tails and scissor them evenly she couldn't seem to get it. AND she lost one of my dogs' collars (which she did give me another one to replace it) but then promised to get her a name tag just like she had on her collar (which she NEVER did)!!! Then one evening she texts me after I had picked up 2 of my dogs (and I had an appt the next day with the other 2) that I should find another groomer because she guessed I just didn't like the way she groomed my dogs. Well NO, I really didn't but she was close to my house and I never had any doubt that she was good to them. I thought it pretty rude of her to do that the night before my appointment when I had merely asked her (for the 3rd time) to cut Hilton's ears when I was picking her up that were obviously almost down to her knees that time (and scissor her evenly). Hilton is only 4 1/2lbs (tiny) so her ears would've been in her water and in her wet food. Why write this on her card AND she asked me to remind her every time if she's not going to do all of these things?

Misty and Brenda are the best to our babies. We take our chihuahua, chihuahua mix, and our cat to them. Our dogs are so loved when they go, you can just tell. They are also so good with our cat, and he can be a mess.

This was Mr. Bob’s first time to go to a groomers and I can’t even began to express how friendly and kind the staff was! Ms. Brenda worked her magic and went above and beyond pampering Mr. Bob. By the time I picked him up and brought him home he was beyond exhausted and I could tell he felt so much better! If needing a groomer I’d definitely bring your fur baby to The Paw Spa!

I love this as my new groomer! she's supernice! it's a small shop so there's not lots of dogs and hair flying everywhere. She did a wonderful job of bathing and clipping my dog

Misty is amazing! I was very hesitant to take our baby to anyone after another groomer dropped her on her head so she was quite a mess by the time that I took her to Misty. Misty was great with her. She didn’t have to muzzle her and we didn’t have to sedate her. They are the only groomers that I trust to take care of our fur babies.

I've been taking my babies to them since they've opened and they have always done a wonderful job on them! I have a German Shepherd and a Yorkie and they both always come home looking like brand new dogs!!! Hands down the best in town and I won't take them anywhere else! Thank you Misty and Brenda for always loving my little brats like your own when they come in! They're spoiled for sure and everytime i mention one of yalls names they're at the door ready to go!

My cats are new at grooming and the paw spa has taken care of them above and beyond every time! The ladies in this shop are so kind and knowledgeable about grooming cats. Plus, they always make our cats look gorgeous! This is the only place I would recommend to someone to take their cats for grooming.

I have been taking my pugs and English bulldog to Brenda for a while. She is great with all those face wrinkles, always makes sure they have an appointment time where she can devote the time needed for mud baths for Bully. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Also let's me know if she sees anything that might be concerning health wise. She's the best.

I absolutely love this place, Brenda and Misty are the bestest of the best. They treat our Sadie like family and we are always happy how clean and fresh our Sadie leaves. We used to take her to pet smart and spend over $100 and it was not worth it, we are happy with The Paw Spa!!!!!
