Got a shed and stuff to make a floor for it. Watching the 3 people load it with the forklift was rough. I love that they carry Mikita tools and have a different variety of parts from Lowes. I use them both and have built a beautiful business with their products. I love companies competing for my business. I am all about shopping local.

A bar i think we would all just kick back an shoot the moon many times i remember when wally world had the same type of return policy not satisfied bring it back wally got greedy an now make customers work for him by checkin your food an so on home depot is. Proud of thier stuff. I would be too they are not rude an never unsatisfied give them an aplause people or go see for your self even the women are getting in on it. U see more women in there 3quals till we die right in jus a few words thier great an stay open till 10 great job homie depote

Have never had a bad experience there. We were helped by a gentleman who knew exactly what Isle and location a certain item was that I needed. He just so happen to also be the same gentleman who checked us out. He was so extremely nice, and despite it being cold as balls and checking out people right next to the front door, he was just as pleasant as could be! Sorry I didn't get his name, but he was great!!

Aisles are always crowded with displays, boxes, yet-to-stocked merchandise, and online orders; often to the point of having to navigate a different path. Otherwise relatively standard Home Depot experience. Behr paint is worth it.

Nothing better than trying to get them to honor their own warranties and them having a million different excuses as to why they won’t honor it. Don’t even both trying to deal with management as all they’ll tell you to do is contact customer service. Props to Jessie for telling me it’s a personal problem between me and the manufacturer rather than honoring his stores own policy. Classy.

This is a very good store the workers are all very nice and helpful, they're all just busy doing their jobs all around, they have very clean bathrooms for it to be a place where there's a lot of contractors I go in and out of the bathrooms those bathrooms are taken care of very well.

Only place I can stop for to call support service for Ubereats because the GPS led me to home depot parking lot and it was not the place I was supposed to go. Had to cancel the order because technical glitch with the Ubereats map service. I was glad that it didn't take me somewhere far off the beaten path

Cody at the pro desk and the other guy I forgot his name but they ALWAYS take care of us and even if we’re working at a house that’s by the location on Soncy we don’t care we will go out our way to come to this location every time!!!!!

Called was on hold for 5 minutes then transferred to Garden Center rang 5 times then hung up. Called back and was on hold for 13 minutes with no answer. Ridiculous!!

They now have a great selection of Holiday items. Tree 🌲🌲🌲 wreaths ornaments etc sooooo if yo need any you can get them there.

Thank goodness there’s still people willing to help others. Even though it’s a customer helping another. The cashier was helpful and called for loading assistant for others and myself but no one ever showed. She couldn’t help because she had a line but you can tell a genuine person when you see one. I greatly appreciate her and the young man who even made it a better situation. I said please don’t smash your fingers, he stated “It’s okay I have 10 right? 😂 “ AWESOME 👏Everyone needs to stop using the “we are short staffed” phrase. Been there and learned it doesn’t help anyone, just makes the atmosphere miserable.BTW I took the flatbed back and no one ever showed up. I love the store, but very few employees ask “Can I help you?” In the SEVERAL hours I’m there shopping.

Curbside needs a lot of work. I have had to call this store to ask where my curbside order is. I get excuses like " we are short handed" or my phone didn't go off ".

Went to get keys cut so my son would have a way to get in the house off the bus and was told the 1 person who knew how to run the machine was on lunch 45 minutes later no one came and one guy came by and when we asked him he said let me see and left and never came back. The people at the customer service had a line of customers, it seemed like they couldnt find a order, we left without getting out keys.

I'm very pleased with the help I received at the service desk purchasing my items and ordering items not in stock in the store. They were very polite and went above and beyond to help me.I am not pleased at all with the Home Depot website, as I was not at all successful ordering from there.

I love Home Depot, I love the selection of herbs and flowers. They have great paint selections. If you're a DIY, you will be a kid in a candy shop. I've also had great customer service here.
