I was visiting for a long weekend and needed to board, and they had availability. The check-in process was quick and easy. They provide daily updates with a few pictures, which is great. I felt very comfortable leaving my puppy there.

As a veterinarian, I am very strict about who cares for my dogs. But as a dog mom, I am even more crazy. I have a senior dog and a young, energetic pitty. Sidekicks is literally the only place I trust with my pets. They love on them and watch over them as carefully as I do. That gives me peace of mind when I can't be with my babies. I have wanted to leave a five star review for SSP for quite a while! We have been using Sidekicks for quite some time now for grooming and boarding, and I truly can not say enough good things. I have two large breed dogs and they are treated with the absolute best care every time they go for grooming and boarding alike! Poodles can be difficult to groom and Kristin is so good with them! The facility is clean, the staff is welcoming and friendly, and they love my pups like their own. This past stay, one of my dogs got sick while we were out of state, and the care and concern that was provided for him was unmatched. The staff acted quickly, took him to the vet (conveniently next door), and got him set with a care plan, all while I was out of town. They kept me informed with phone calls, and allowed me to call and check on him as many times as I wanted. If you are considering Sidekicks for boarding, grooming, or enrichment for your dog, look no further. Your dogs are fed on their schedule, they can give them meds if your dog is on a daily medication, they do one on one tummy time if requested, they send me updates and pictures of them in the play yard daily, just to name a few of the great services provided.Sidekicks, thank you for caring for my dogs! We gave our great Pyre enough drugs that was to be groomed so much drugs anymore he would have not been able to walk had appt for grooming. Got there and they refused him saying he did not have enough cooling drugs but he did. Will never go back we have used them for boarding our 4 dogs but never ever again. We have already found another groomer that will not require the dog to be half asleep. This place is afraid of large dogs. I would never recommend them and they are loosing lots of boarding income from us. This dog is not mean at all. They just want small dogs to do faster and make more money Don’t ever take them a large dog

Sidekicks is my pup's home away from home. I recommend them without an ounce of hesitation. The crew there cares deeply about us and takes excellent care of all their clients. The vet next door is super convenient and they will work together to handle vaccines and other care. My dog ran into a cactus while hiking, and they coordinated the visit to get meds and I didn't even have to leave work. They have been a lifesaver for this working mom!

Do Not Recommend this place. When they cause injury to your pet they do not take responsibility, nor do they pay for any vet, bills or hospitalization a matter fact they make up many excuses of why it couldn’t have been them. But when have evidence on their surveillance cameras that they caused harm to your animal, and you show them that you have vet bills, they could care less they simply ignore your complaint, and or the fact that they have injured your pet. I almost lost my dog to a direct injury from them. Their veterinarian was the one who told me what exactly happened during their playtime, and they could care less .

Wonderful staff and groomers. My Aussie puppy Finnegan stays here at least once or twice a week for their enrichment program. He absolutely LOVES it. They give you updates on how your dog is doing (with pics included) and are prompt to call if they see any issues. Plus Swann Animal Clinic has a location right next door, so if anything happens, you have a vet close! Couldn't recommend them more!

My dogs Flynn and Penny LOVE coming to daycare!! They get so excited when they are in the parking lot, and I love it because they come home ready for a nap. I know they are safe and in the best care with Katie and Clara. They are amazing people and truly have a heart for these animals. We even receive a report card every day letting us know how and what they did.

We love taking our dog to Sidekicks. The staff are wonderful and it's obvious that they truly love animals. He has some anxiety about going places, but once we get inside Sidekicks, he completely calms down because he's glad to see his friends. We won't take him anywhere else.

I have never seen my dog, Lucy, so excited to go play! For the longest time, it has been a bit of a challenge to find a boarding and enrichment facility that expresses the same level of professionalism and committment that Side Kicks Stay and Play does. One of the biggest things I love about Side Kicks is their use of fun activities that challenge Lucy to not only use her body but her brain as well. Side Kicks is by far the best daycare/boarding facility we have ever been to and if Lucy could talk, she would say the same thing! The staff is so welcoming and work so well with Lucy and I never have to leave her there feeling like she wouldn't be getting the absolute best care and quality.

Edited- I have changed my star review to a 5 because of the response from the management. I appreciate that someone actually reached out and provided data and a log to my personal email and left me multiple voicemails. She was very kind and professional with her response which probably wasn’t easy after reading my initial review so I appreciate that. I do still find it odd that he has peed on my floor multiple times and he never ever did before (even when we brought him home at 8 weeks as he was an outside farm dog and he was only ever outside) but I assume that a business like this would take accountability if the dogs did have their bowel movements indoors for any reason. Because in my opinion, if someone can reach out to a disgruntled person and treat them with respect(and kindness) while addressing the issue than I assume they hold no responsibility to my dog peeing indoors—because let’s be honest, it’s so much easier to be nice to animals versus people haha!Initial-We had to board our dog here for 9 days. We didn’t want to do 9 days but they have particular hours and days they do pick up so what should have been 7 turned into 9, but not the end of the world. I enjoyed that they gave updates on our pup each day. Every day said the same thing overall. What I mean by that is the indicators on the forms didn’t change but the little paragraph did so that was nice. But after picking up our dog he has peed in our house 8 different times. This leads me to believe that our dog was able to go to the bathroom wherever he pleased. He was completely housebroken and I am furious at the idea that they would allow dogs to go to the bathroom inside. I have an appointment with the vet to make sure it isn’t any health condition to eliminate the urination being a sign of something else but I assume it is not because his personality has remained the same. Three stars because they do give you daily reports and their staff was super sweet but I don’t think the dogs are taken out as often as one might think. I have no way of knowing this but just find it way too coincidental that our dog was completely housebroken and then we board him and now it’s back to square one. And full disclosure we have a yard that he is able to use at any time and I am a stay at home mom so I’m with him all day and there’s no reason he should be peeing in my house all of a sudden.

Nariko is doing the puppy training once a week for four weeks. And had her first stay at the daycare. She was worn out have a fun day of meeting new friends. Nariko is 4 1/2 month old siberian husky. I received a report on her day with pictures it was great to see her having fun. Will be taking her back.

We had to leave town for nine days for vacation we boarded but the word female cats one of that kitties is a very nervous cat, the. Other one takes medication they adjusted well to be good care of them I would recommend them to anyone thank you side kicks crew
