One million time recommend Shaggy to Chic!!!! We were in town for the weekend so we dropped our baby off for one day of daycare and they were phenomenal!!! He had such a good day, the place is clean, doesn't wreak of urine and feces and the staff are wonderful. Our pup was exhausted when we got home from playing all day!!! If you're looking for a trustworthy doggy day care, that doesn't lock your baby up most of the day, Shaggy to Chic is the one!! Thank you again Shaggy!!! We will be back the next time we are in town!!

We used Haylee for training purposes with our dogs. I couldn’t have asked for a better trainer! She worked wonderfully with our dogs and made sure to show them love even while they’re working. She was also always willing to work around our crazy life schedule. I will always think and speak very highly about Haylee Rosas! If anyone is looking for an amazing dog trainer I 100% recommend her!!

My dog has severe anxiety. I dropped him off and they had him playing and enjoying himself within a very short time. They sent pictures showing me how much fun he was having. My dog will be a regular!

Had my two young shihtzus groomed here! They are not easy to work with, but both came back handsome and happy. I was worried due to a very bad experience at a groomer with my oldest dog in the past. I am pleased with the results and the dogs seemed comfortable being with them and I'm super grateful. I even am giving boarding a try with all three next month!

This place has a really unique atmosphere, careful if your fur baby is very hyper, they have a lot of stuff that might break easily by hyper tails

This is the second boarding location we have tried in Amarillo and we were so pleased! Our dogs looked to have had a great time here! They got baths before we picked them up. Staff was helpful and had great communication; every person I spoke with on the phone was lovely and eager to help. We got multiple pictures everyday while we were gone and it definitely eased our minds. The business was clean and offered reasonable pricing for boarding. Your pet will definitely be in good hands here.

Booked my dog for boarding. Was never informed of the late check in and check out time of 4:15. Brought her just before 5 to drop off and at the end of the boarding picked her up at 4:20. Had to pay $40 more than was quoted. I also brought my own blankets for her security and they were just put in a bag. No apology offered for not informing. Almost m$200 for 4 nights. Will not return ever.

Used to take my Westie to this Shop and they did wonderful. Loved them. But we lost our beloved Westie last March. Then we adopted a rescue in July and had to wait several months to get her groomed. The first time I had to ask them to take her back in and trim her tail as I had asked because part was really shaggy. She is a smooth coat except for her wire fox terrier wild hairs on her head and legs. She has ver thick hairs down the center of her back. This time I don’t know how to describe her cut. You can see the clipper marks and all that seems to be left is the downy fur and no outer hair. It is really strange. My husband is not happy. But if you have a standard breed they do a Great job

We take my dog here when we go out of town. He honestly loves it. They greet him by name when we walk in, and send me more than one photo a day while we are gone. They are great. He gets excited when we pull up in the parking lot.

Mixed review here…Had an appointment for 9am. Was told it would be 2-4 hours until he was ready. That’s fine. Called at 12:15 to check, they said give them 30 minutes and he’d be ready. We live about 45 minutes away, arrived at 1:30. Told he wasn’t ready, 10 more minutes. I waited 20 minutes, then was told it would be about 30 minutes more. (They also said they hadn’t started the cut at that point). It was super frustrating to have to wait so long after being told earlier it would be a certain time. If they would have just said it would be 6 hours I would have been fine with that.On the plus side, they did a great job on the cut itself. Better than other places I’ve been to.If they can fix communication, I’d give 5 stars.EDIT: appreciate the response and I’ll certainly give them another shot!

Highly recommended groomer. Quick & very reasonable price, less than I’ve ever been charged. My dog has very sensitive skin & can’t be cut short around his private parts they paid close attention to this detail as it is very important to me. I think they talked to him quite a bit too lol. The comment about them not talking to your dog is kinda funny, I love my dog too but come on. How do you know they didn’t talk to him/her much? Did your dog tell you?

We used Shaggy to Chic for the first time today. We will DEFINITELY be returning. They were more than happy to cater to our partially paralyzed dog...what a relief! They also do not crate the dogs and for the first time ever, my dog was not stressed after a grooming session. Great people; great environment!

Went 2 weeks ago and made an appointment for my dog to be groomed. I lost the appointment card so I called to confirm the time and was told I have no appointment. I found the appointment card in my wallet and drove up there to show them the time they scheduled me for, and I was sent away being told they are already fully booked. The front desk receptionist was rude and treated me like I had no idea what I was talking about. I will never come back here.

All the dogs seem happy and running around.Nice shampoo and cut for my cocker spaniel.He smells good. The reason I did not give them a 5 is because I thought she would have talked more to my dog.

I won't be coming back here. They do a good job deshedding my babies as long as i remind them not to forget the mats behind my girl's ears, but the 30 minute policy is totally unreasonable. Usually i take my dogs on a Saturday but since they were booked I scheduled on a Monday. So I took them at lunch and at 3 something I get a call and dont answer cause I am a teacher in class. Then about 5 minutes later I get a text that my dogs are ready and they ask you be there to pick them up within 30 minutes after being notified. I text back that I am in class and when school gets out I have to go pick up my baby then I will be there. 15 minutes later I receive anothet phone call asking me to come get them. I explain again my situation and that I will be there asap and the guy says "it's just that they're the last ones so I'm just waiting on you". So I am pretty frustrated cause my husband is away in the military and I am doing my best and I am clearly inconveniencing this guy I am about to pay over $100 to for grooming. THEN I show up and when I park the only guy there comes around the corner from somewhere (not sure where) and walks inside to meet me where my unattended dogs were running around the shop unsupervised for who knows how long. Needless to say I wont be back. Not sure how they get away with the 30 minute policy thing. Maybe all their other clients dont have to work? Just didn't work out for me.

They went above and beyond with my elderly dog. From micro bubble bath to help with his joints to taking extra steps to clip his matted spots making him comfy.
