I love this place. I walked in completely ignorant of the chickens that came with my new house. These guys have my chickens out laying everyone else I know that has chickens. Nice people, helpful information and local made feed versus the tractor supply stuff that seems to have caused a local egg shortage.

Says they sell ducks from March till June but they don't have ducks at all and it's barely may so they need to update there website because they won't be getting anymore in this season is what the lady told me on the phone in the most ecstatic tone

Went to get horse round bale of hay. Asked if it was horse quality they said yes. Got it home and it is nothing but sticks and stems. Called to see what they would do and they said they would do nothing. So now my horse has no hay.

This is a great place to shop for all of your ranch animals, I have been buying all of my pigeon food from this place for years now. They have food and supplies for all kind your domestic birds , rabbits, horses and a lot more animals. They also sell chicks and ducklings, and sometimes adult birds and rabbits.

These are the nicest, most accommodating folks with excellent customer services skills! The day before Thanksgiving when they were swamped with deliveries, they made the effort to accommodate my last minute scheduling to make my delivery request possible. In these days of customer service almost being nonexistent it is so great to come across this type of service. We will be a long time customer of Rancher's Supply!!

I love ranchers I've been coming here for years but today for some reason they were rude!! I buy pullets every spring and I like to inspect before I buy. I'm a live stock and agriculture major and I understand biosecurity for poultry. Being the person I am I was so excited for the new chicks I picked one up to inspect, just one because I know to sanitize between handling each individual chick, and didn't even notice the sign. The cranky woman behind the counter snapped at me saying "um the sign says don't touch!" I was taken back by the rude jab. I believe she could have reworded her bark or used a less offensive tone to a customer. I was disgruntled and embarrassed after that and made a quick escape. I've been coming here for years for everything from animals to tack to feed and to be embarrassed on the spot and barked at by an employee was not a good feeling. Please read your reviews ranchers and please treat your long term customers a little better.
