Had a good experience here.I deliver freight to several PetSmart warehouses, while other PetSmart stores make me wait until the scheduled appointment, even if it means waiting 24 hrs, this one took me in right away and unloading was a breeze.PetSmart needs more people that actually want to do the work, instead of looking for "reasons" not to work.

Took my dog Phoenix in for a grooming appointment with Cody. Being a full breed Miniature Schnauzer, he needs to look good with the proper haircut. My expectations were FAR exceeded! Cody not only knows what he's doing, but he's also very attentive and super friendly with pets. Highly recommended! Phoenix looks great! Thank you so much Cody! See you soon.

I took my dog Zoe (4years old) she has been groomed 15+ times in the past 4 years. She always does great with the groomers and looks great. I unfortunately had a terrible experience at this location. Not only did they leave her haircut all uneven, they additionally did not trim her nails down. After heading home she was extremely upset and anxious. I am not sure what to think, my little Zoe is not the same. The groomer attempted to blame Zoe for her not being able to groom her correctly but she was not being honest. She was in a rush to get out. Despite all this I still paid, I don’t know what else to say. Please don’t use this grooming site. They are not professional or properly trained. Save your dog from the trauma.

Very upset with this grooming salon. I would highly suggest going somewhere else or at least making sure the one grooming knows what they are doing. I went in early and they specifically asked if I wanted any of my dogs hair trimmed. I told them only her paws. When I picked her up the girl had took it upon herself to give my dog a super botched hair trim around her neck. She has fur around her neck like a border collie/Australian shepherd. That fur is one of my favorite things about her. It literally looks like my three year old found some scissors and cut her fur. It’s absolutely heartbreaking but it’s fur hopefully eventually it will grow back. They also cut the fur around her butt. I just asked for the hair on her feet to be trimmed so why they thought it was ok to cut her fur in other places is beyond me. Secondly I got the spring upgrade package for her too paid about 30+ for the added service. It’s supposed to come with a teeth cleaning and you can tell they didn’t even touch her teeth. It’s also supposed to come with a spring bandanna. I had to ask for the bandanna and it was the ugliest thing I’ve ever seen. It looked and had the texture of a cover they would give you at a hair salon. They didn’t do the spring scent spray that’s supposed to be a part of it. While checking out I had to ask for the coupon book I was supposed to receive with the package. The girl came running back with the coupon book and the cookie. I truly believe I was charged the spring upgrade but none of the upgrades were even done. All this to say I will definitely not be taking her back here ever again. The girl in the grooming salon needs a whole lot more training before she’s ever allowed back in there. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!! For being charged over $120 this is completely unacceptable.

Everything here has gotten so expensive. I walked out with 5 little things and a dog bed and spent over 200 dollars. For a new puppy. Have ordered everything else since but that was to get him started.Furthermore, don’t know her name but this little kid ran up to my dog and startled him. He let out a little growl but wasn’t aggressive. She even was able to pet him after. But this lady that said she was the trainer just gave me and my dog a death stare and I was almost positive she was about to try and kick me out.She said “I’m the pet trainer and I can read dogs.” No lady, you don’t know everything about dogs and you were extremely unprofessional and rude after this. Petsmart needs a better trainer if that’s the best they can do. Judging from the reviews and the lack of the store responding speaks volumes that the staff just doesn’t care.

Atmosphere was great, the service by one of the workers there was not..older lady with a pixie/mullet greyish hair. She didn't ask if we'd found everything or hi. Not even a hello can you put your number in? She stared at us like we were dumb for a minute, and we looked at her like um you gonna do your job? Then finally she said put your number in. Definitely was either having a bad day or she was hating. Either way at work you put that aside and do your job.

It was easy to make an appointment. All done on-line. Recommendations were made for my breed. Siberian Husky/recommended not to cut. Saved money. Took 3-4 hours. She smelled so good! Fluffy/puffy hair do.

I bought a fish tank yesterday ,for some reason,this place doesn't have a delivery,I don't own a truck,I paid someone to deliver the aquarium to my house,someone that worked in the store already,my question is why doesn't this store make it easier for their customers?

My grandson's 5 year old very shy female Dobi (Phoenix ) had never had her nails trimmed filed or ground and the nails really needed trimmed but I was concerned for the staff .Denise and Yessina did an amazing job with no problems and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will be a returning customer.

I went to adopt a kitten and they told me I had to adopt two and I agreed to adopting them both and they told me I couldn’t adopt because my dog is not fixed? I guess there’s a thing where dogs can apparently get cat pregnant?

Just had my dog groomed by Autumn and she did an amazing job. He was excited when I picked him up, which was unexpected, because he is a very shy dog, so I know he liked her. He looks and smells great, however, I didn't receive the Bow/Bandanna, that was meant to come with the Top Dog Plus. However the the experience was overall wonderful and I definitely will be coming back, to the amazing groomers.

One of the grooming employees speaks to customers in a condescending tone. He does not execute quality customer service, nor does he do a good enough job at grooming to compensate for that. Overall, each time I’ve brought my dog here I’ve left disappointed and overcharged.

The adoption area needs a lot of work. Volunteers do not answer the phone and they aren't there all week. I sent an application for a cat and didn't hear anything till 24 hours later. So if you want a cat that is locked in cages, you have to compete with bias placement for an animal and many applications during the week. Not only that, emotionally invest in an animal you know will be a perfect fit and you hear nothing even though you are a great candidate. I have adopted at shelters before and a PetSmart in Austin. There are always people at shelters there that can help you right away. I understand that they are all volunteers but this is hands down the worse place to try to adopt because you don't know what is happening or why you got denied. I suggest ONLY adopting on Saturdays when it's adoption day or going somewhere else where you can talk to someone right away. Don't fall in love with an animal here during the week, chances are that you will be heartbroken when you don't get a text on time or they decided to choose someone else. Try other shelters and don't come here unless it's Saturday! I still haven't tried a Saturday adoption day but I guess I will have to, there are MANY animals that keep coming in and the volunteers take way too long to give them a home. It's funny to me how they keep getting cats but they aren't doing enough to rehome them during the week.

I wanted to adopt a puppy being fostered. I have all the qualifications, fenced yard, retired and home all day. I got no response on application and where the dogs are fostered has no fence and dogs unattended all day. I have rescued and adopted many dogs but will never try here again. I only have one dog now so I don't understand why I wasn't even considered,.

I just walked away from Petsmart without leaving my dog for a simple bath because the “groomer” clearly did NOT understand my dog’s breed or grooming needs. A month ago I had my dog hand stripped by an expert groomer in my town. Two weeks ago she had a bath by groomers in New York City while we were there. Today, the person (Ana) said she was “matted to the skin” and would require a “haircut” before bathing. Obviously, my dog is not matted and this breed should never have haircuts - only hand stripping. I have shown her many times & understand what she needs, but was afraid toleave her because her hair might be cut and permanently ruined.Unfortunately, the young man who bathed Millie last time at this location was not available. He actually complimented the handstripping job of our regular groomer & did a great job with Millie.
