Everyone was quite helpful. Employees were happy to answer questions and make suggestions. I even saw an employee go above and beyond and demonstrate how to use nail clippers on the customer's dog. It's great to see customer service like this. Keep it up. Look forward to returning soon.

I had never been to this pet store before and I was pleasantly surprised. It doesn't look very big but once you get inside it's a very large store and really well stocked. I took my puppy in to have his nails cut. He hates have his feet touched and the girl in the grooming are was wonderful with him even though he was difficult to handle. Afterward, we wondered around looking for a reward for him. Everyone there said hi and asked if there was anything they could help with! Compared to the other box pet stores, that alone was amazing! I can't count how many times I've been ignored at the other two. Thank you Pet Supplies Plus for a great experience. We will definitely be back.

Grooming services are amazing. Self wash stations are clean and fully stocked. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Great variety of products reasonably priced. We love Pet Supplies Plus!

The employees were all very helpful. They helped me get what I needed for my new fish. The owner and another gentleman were kind enough to help me carry all the stuff out to the car, where I was tripped up by my dog, causing me to drop the fish. The owner quickly scooped it up and ran inside for more water. She was awesome and my daughter has decided she's my new best friend. Very kind people here and they have a good selection. It's not so huge that it's overwhelming, which I love. Will definitely be back!

I went there today to buy cat food. They also had my cat's joint supplements on sale, so I bought 2 of those also. I saved $3 a piece on the supplements and I had a $10 off coupon on any purchase of $55 or more, so I saved a total of $16 on items I would have purchased anyway. Sign up for free for their rewards program and they will send coupons in the mail. Their customer service is outstanding!

From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed and at ease.I visited the store last Saturday to give my furry friend a bath, and I was pleasantly surprised by the affordability of their services. Not only did they provide all the necessary supplies like shampoo, conditioner, and towels, but the prices were also very reasonable. $12 per bath or you can buy the punch card at $40 for 5 baths bringing the price to just $8!What impressed me the most was the bright and open environment of the bathing area. Really love this location! The store is always super clean and well organized and the employees are exceptional! They have a lot of specialty items and brands that you can't find elsewhere. All of the animals in the store seem very happy and well cared for.

The dog washing stations are awesome. I have a 75 lb pitbull and lifting her into the bathtub is a pain. She can walk right into the washing area and they provide the shampoo and towels. She hates the blow dryer, but it's pretty convenient. We usually get one of the "gourmet" treats on our way out.

Update- 4-22-23:Always love the discounts and buy one get one offers. This store is the only pet store in town that typically has what I need for my tortoise. And easy to find what I need too!I needed some items for my Sulcata tortoise. I was able to get what I needed quickly and on sale, cheaper than Chewy and I could have them today. I only wished they had more variety of items for tortoise’s, especially desert species. Very clean inside. Did smell like a pet store, but not bad. Cashier was friendly.

I was very disappointed in the self wash dog wash, there is no just plain conditioner, no ear wipes and the shampoo is so watery it takes a ton just to get it to suds up and it doesn’t smell good. The blow dryer blows cold air and my dogs hated it. There was no clean dog brushes either. Yellow city pet supply is 1$ more and has everything plus a warm blow drier and a finishing deodorizer spray and has better shampoo and conditioner. I won’t be back to this one.

I would give no stars if I could one if the groomers named madelyn haagensen abuses the dogs by blowing behavior correct next to kennels while the dogs are in them for barking. She will grab them by the ear till the yelp for annoying her and not letting go. She grabs large dogs by the scruff till her knuckles are while causing them pain. Nothing is done about this and the store does punish for harassment from employees towards new ones. The general manager is very unprofessional towards her employees

What I appreciate about these owners is that they have gone out to John Stiff and thrown out balls and frisbees for the dogs to play with. The dogs have quite literally “USED UP” every ball they threw out. Plus they have the very best self service dog wash price. You can buy a five-wash card for $25. I’ve talked with the owners on several occasions and they are really wanting to be a part of the community. I know that when many of us at the dog park are talking, we always have great things to say about them. Give them your business!
