Our little Oscar who is a dapple dachsund had the pleasure of staying at this resort while we attended a wedding in Georgia. We had the access to check in on him at play via cameras on their App and tgat brought peace of mind since this was his first time staying away from us. The staff was so friendly and loving.

Le Chateau Pet Resort gives us with a feeling of trustworthiness when we leave Wyatt there while we travel. We love the cameras that let us peek in to see him from time to time. It is hard to leave your pet but knowing that they are being cared for in such a loving and caring way helps a lot.

We love Le Chateau Pet Resort for our puppy Millie! Every time I bring her in, she is so excited to go. Everyone there is always so friendly and excited to see her. They are all so professional and quick to respond if I have any questions. I've grown to trust and love this place because they take such good care of my dog. I'll never use anyone else!

I’ve used for years, but gradually gone downhill. Our last experience was not a good one. They lost our belongings, which tells me that my dog was double boarded. How else does one lose belongings and claim to send them with another family? If my animal was in one place, alone, you can’t lose stuff. We will never use them again. We’ve not been notified or offered any compensation for our lose.

Raider enjoyed another fun vacation at Le Chateau, and Piper and Major enjoyed their first stay in the Cat Lounge. The staff took great care of all our pets and sent cute action photos during their stay. Le Chateau takes very good care of our pets.

***New ***After letting Ebony starve to death through the negligence of your employees, I was told when I picked up my other dogs on August 7th, that $95.00 would be refunded or credited to my next stay. I said I wanted a refund and have yet to receive it. So, in addition to being lied to about Ebony having eaten just before she died I was also lied to about getting a refund.Great business practices!!!I have used this facility to board my dogs for years, but never again. I dropped my dogs off Thursday, August 3. One was a perfectly healthy 14 year old with some vision and hearing issues, but no health issues. When I dropped her off, she weighed 15.9 lbs. She was dead by Saturday evening weighing only 13.1 lbs. I had been told that she had eaten Saturday evening, but when the necropsy results came back there were no stomach contents. I had measured out the amount of food my other dogs would need for their entire stay and written their names and how much to feed on each bag. They all came back with food leftover so I know they were not fed according to the instructions. Little did I know i was dropping Ebony off to her death sentence!In response to your responseEbony had stayed at Le Chateau several times and had never been stressed. Why would she have been so stressed this time to not eat? She had hearing and vision difficulties which were stated on the registration form and was told to the employee that took her back to the kennel when I dropped her off. She was in the kennel with some of her housemates and since your feeding policy focuses on what time to feed instead of making sure all animals in the same kennel are eating out of their own bowl, I'm sure one of them took advantage of having extra food and ate her food before she was even aware it was there. Being told she had eaten Saturday evening when the necropsy showed differently tells me no one even knew if or when she was eating. Since she had no health issues to account for the weight loss, not getting food is the only way she could have lost 2.8 lbs in two days. The necropsy did not find any other cause of death so it was ruled a heart attack or stroke. They didn't know how much weight she had lost so couldn't rule it as starvation.According to a lawyer, there is nothing I can afford to do about this situation. So all I can do is tell my story and take my business elsewhere.QuestionsIf Ebony was not eating well because she was so stressed, why weren't the wet food, cheese, meat, lavendar spray, thunder shirt, or natural calming treats that you ask for permission to try, and I consented to, tried with her? If Oh yeah, because no one was paying attention to who was eating her food!!!If she had weighed close to the 15.9 lbs she weighed when I dropped her off and died of a heart attack or stroke, I could understand because of her age. I will never get past the weight loss and the fact there were no stomach or intestinal contents upon necropsy.

My baby Seb has stayed here many times in daycare as well as overnight and he absolutely loves it! They always take great care of him and the social interaction he gets with the other dogs is so beneficial. Access to the security cameras through an app is also a nice feature. Seeing them happy is comforting when you're away.

They took care of my cat for about a week. I had to go in the back and get her for them because they weren’t comfortable with her. She’s shy but has never been mean, so I’m not sure why she was so skittish in this place. My BIGGEST thing however is that I paid when I picked her up and then they called me a week later saying it didn’t go through . I paid again(with out checking like a dummy) and long story short they refuse to refund my money and will never help me when I call them or try to make it right. Would not recommend this place to ANYONE!!

We have always been super protective of our corgi, we love our furry family member. We were planning a trip out of state and some of the places we were going to stay did not accommodate dogs. We were about to cancel our trip but we decided to give Le Chateau Pet Resort a call, honestly I had my mind set we were not going to trust anyone with our corgi, but we wanted to see what they had to say. After speaking with the front desk we were blown away by all the services they have to offer, and the care that goes into handling our furry family member, and the technology they had to offer to stay in touch video, text or calling our baby. We decided to give them a shot. On our first day that we left, my wife and I were nervous and we decided that we would call on the morning to check on our baby. When we woke up to our surprise we had a text message with a picture our baby very happy and also her itinerary for the day. We we're left with out words. We continued our 5 day trip with updates about our baby through out our whole vacation. We were able to watch her play on camera and were kept up-to-date with her status daily. Le Chateau made our vacation that much more special by their professionalism and communications with us. We will always use Le Chateau Pet Resort when we leave out of town. Thank you Le Chateau Pet Resort and staff for all the great memories and taking care of our baby. You have our business forever. I highly recommend them to anyone who might be skeptical about trusting their furry family members to anyone, these are the people to trust.

My husband had to go to Amarillo for 2 months for work and since I wasn't working at the time, I tagged along & so did our dog. I had to put our dog in daycare a few days a week so housekeeping could deep clean our hotel room & I could grocery shop. Our dog is 8 years old and had never been out of our sight (much less go to daycare) so of course I was nervous but she absolutely LOVED Le Chateau. After a week if I just said the word "daycare" she would start wagging her tail and drag me to the car. You could tell the employees there absolutely adored her and all of the other pets they had in their care. When I told them when her last day would be, they put together the most adorable bag with a collage of pics they took of her and some toys and goodies! You can tell the employees here really, truly care about your pet!!

I have two cats-Ladybug is 15 and is on thyroid medication and Fortune is 7 and has mitral valve disease and is on three different medications to be given at different times and one dog-all have boarded there (my dog only once as he usually travels with me).The staff at Le Chateau is very in tune to all their needs. I have boarded my cats several times and have been pleased that when I pick up the kids they are not stressed. There are several options as far as “apartments”; I usually get the “penthouse” so they can be together but still have their own space. They also let the cats roam in the room as well as an outside enclosed area. I call to check on them several times and never feel like it’s a bother. The facility is clean and welcoming. My first visit there was to get information-not only did I get info but also an in-depth tour of the facility-I did not have an appt! I would recommend them and give them more than five stars!

As a Mom with fur babies, this Pet Resort is Awesome! I and my dogs love going here. My dogs have always been home bodies. But, No more! They were evaluated by the trained staff and put with other dogs that they really enjoy. My grounds and suits are absolutely beautiful. I have booked 2 more stays for them and feel very well with knowing they will be loved while I'm gone.

Experience was positive *when* I could have my dog boarded there. However, they've cancelled on me twice within the 3 months I've used them, causing a major inconvenience with travel plans.

Our Beevo and Dexter may have been the first pups to use the daycare service years ago when they first opened. Part of the building was still under construction. The care was wonderful then and still great all of these years later. We have 3 now and used the boarding service Memorial weekend. The staff didn't mind that I called and checked on them. They were happy and healthy when I got back. I was also sent a report card after their stay which was nice. My only complaint was that the cameras were down. We will be boarding again in July and I will leave another review. Le Chateau really is a great safe place to leave your pups!
