Moses did an excellent job. We had been without a hot water heater going on a week. He was able to get it done in about 2 hours. He explained what the warranty would be if this unit happens to fail like our previous one did.

Everything about our experience was top notch. It could not have been better. We had our central heating and air conditioning systems replaced. Great job done by true professionals. Franks Plumbing sent out a technician to a house that we purchased and had been dormant for more than 3 years. Due to multiple factors, dirt and mud has gotten into the sewer line. Through the use of a camera they could see the dirt/mud. The suggested a line wash. I agreed and they bright out a 5000psi pressure washer with a120’ hose that pushed everything out of the line. Now I can be confident the sewer line will flow as it is supposed to.

I thought I had tree roots growing in my pipes, I thought all I needed was a simple snake job. But Franks found out I had more of a major problem. They found 4 leaks in different places. Even though it was kind of a difficult tough job, the techs were very professional and compassionate and ensure you that they’ll take good care of your needs. They might be a little “pricier”, but it’s well worth the money. They have a good reputation for a reason. Special kudos to Ryan, he was such a cool nice guy!

I needed some repairs on some leaking spigots and easily made an appointment online for repairs the next day. Skyler was the repair technician that came out. He was right on time and was so professional and courteous! He had all the experience and expertise to solve my problem and repair all my leaks the same day!! What an amazing experience we had with Frank's. We had a clog about a month ago, but I was able to clear it out, so I thought. Well, no. So we called Frank's to come out. It was a Friday afternoon and I was frustrated. The lady who answered the phone was so polite and offered to send someone immediately. About 10 mins later Benjamin showed up. Listened to what I had to say and immediately went to work. He was able to locate the issue quickly and cleaned out the lines for us. The whole time, he was polite, explanatory, and gave great suggestions. He wouldn't leave until he made sure every drain made the sound he was looking for to ensure he got it all. Told us that there is a 30 day guarantee on the work and to call immediately if any more issues. Definitely will be using them for all of our needs. Thank you Benjamin and thank you Frank's.

Moses and Noah came out late evening on a Sunday and helped me. Roots had backed up everything in the house. They came out explained everything up front including cost and then fixed the problem. They even gave us advise as to what we need to do to try and prevent again. Super nice and super polite. Would highly recommended.

Zane ran new sewer,water and gas lines to our house. He even raked our yard because it was completely tore up, to even it out as much as could be possibly done. Extremely nice and polite as was his assistant Noah. If Zane can handle this job he can handle anybodies. Frank's is very lucky to have Zane and Noah an their team. Thanks Zane and Noah. They even put my privacy fence back better than it was before.

Called for repair late afternoon. Technician, Jacob Garza, was sent promptly. Jacob was courteous and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to get us running before another cold night. He explained all his work and the issues we were experiencing and what it would take to repair. Recently I had a gas leak that was a bit tricky. My gas line runs from my front yard under my neighbors driveway and through their front yard. I live in Hereford and so I called a plumber from there and they were not helpful and quoted me an outrageous price and wanted to tear up my neighbor's driveway and lawn. I called a few more places in Amarillo and they were not helpful and made me feel like my call was an inconvenience.The next call I made was to Frank's. I was stressed and had lots of questions. They were so kind and courteous and made me feel at ease. The men that made repairs were wonderful! Extremely respectful of my home, dogs and myself. Zach was AMAZING. Any question I asked he answered kindly and educated me through the whole experience. Skyler and Gage were magnificent! They worked tirelessly for five straight days. Roy and Louis installed a new sewer line. They came when they were scheduled to come in the morning. Did the job that needed to be done. Had me hooked up before they left at the end of the first day.
