Biggest Fazoli's establishment I've seen or visited. The staff was nice and the service was fast. The food quality was not as expected, as many of us thought it tasted like it was reheated or had freezer burn; not fresh. Also, we were their over an hour, and they did not cone around with breadsticks, even though it was not that busy. I would recommend the Fazoli's app, as it had some great coupons for us.

I haven't been to a Fazoli's in about a decade and I was really pleased with this one. Food was great and we got a ton. Pizzas are a fairly inexpensive way to feed the kids, and my wife and I got nicer entrees.

The food was really good at a very reasonable price. Good size portions and hot when served. The bread sticks were also hot and buttery, with a little crunch on the edges. Yum.I had spaghetti with meat sauce. Normally, I tolerate sauce and don't really like it, but I liked theirs. My husband had the baked spaghetti with the works. He really liked it.We wished we had one in our hometown. All we have is overpriced Italian restaurants. This food was just as good and, in some cases, even better.The only complaint I have is that there was no one to clean up after customers left. I'm sure at one time they had a waitress or floor person as there was a waitress station, but it doesn't seem they do anymore. If they can't get someone, they need to put in trash cans and bussing tubs so customers can do it themselves.Parking: We had a truck and trailer. There was plenty of parking.

We stopped here on our trip because I recognized this restaurant from my childhood!! It was delicious! The food was hot and exactly as expected!! The breadsticks while dining in were a little smushed, but yummy!! Very happy with our food, state of the seating area, and the service!

This place is usually full of families. So it's lively and loud. Food comes out within 5-10 minutes​ normally depending on your party size. Establishment is clean and staff is friendly. Whenever we are in town we always make it a point to visit here. Food is great.

The food has changed here a lot. It went from delicious to less than okay. It was absolutely disgusting. I won't be back any time soon. The staff were friendly and helpful. I didn't complain but did let him know it had changed flavors. He said some recipes have been changed. Almost everything was left on my plate. I did eat plenty of the bottomless bread sticks. Those are always delicious. Very expensive to leave hungry and disappointed.

I was driving through Amarillo to Oklahoma and I saw Fazolis !! I thought they went out of business, anyways, I had to stop and so glad I did. Their lasagna is to die for and their breadsticks are soooooo good. My son loved their spaghetti kids meal too. Quick and friendly service.

I like fazoli's but this is my 3rd time getting a hair or fly on my food. I stayed quiet the first 2 times but a thirt time is too much. Even the manager seemed to not be too worried about it.

i waited 25 mins and still haven’t placed my order yet because they are behind. i pulled inside to place my order because the drive through is slow. things were smoother once i went inside but still not a good “fast food” experience. great food, great location.

First time Visitor from California. Had lunch with family and the good was delicious. GREAT chicken salad, meatballs, garlic and BBQ wings and chicken alfredo.Staff was super nice and helpful especially Rodney (with tattoos). We had a disabled child and he helped without asking to carry food trays. Even the cashier whose name I didn't get checked on our needs.Thanks for great customer service and support.Wheelchair accessibility: Double doors

Fast Italian food at reasonable prices. Chicken parmesan always my favorite here. Seems like they added even more chicken to it this time. Breadsticks hot and fresh. Restaurant really clean. Staff friendly. Fast service. Always a favorite.
