I brought my dog in yesterday for her very first spa day, and I was kind of torn on how I wanted her groomed, but both of the ladies there were very helpful and made her look so precious💜 my family is very satisfied with how well they took care of pickles, she came out a completely different dog! I trusted them with my fur baby and they did not disappoint! We will definitely be bringing her in more often! Definitely recommend this place for sure! before & after pictures posted!😊

I brought my cane corso in to get groomed, and since he is a bit older, and has never been groomed, he was not a happy guy. Unfortunately, he wasn’t able to have his spa day because he became aggressive towards the staff. Although I was disappointed that he was still stinky, I completely understood why they weren’t able to groom him. Amanda and all of her staff were so kind and helpful. Hopefully we will be able to try again soon!!

We walked in with our dog, they were able to get her right in. She is a rescue and had never been groomed before. She left looking like a whole new dog! They did a great job with her and she left happy as well! They were great with her and very nice with us as well! Highly recommend and will be returning!

AWFUL grooming service. The groomer that groomed my yorkie, Oliver, left him so razor burned that he scratched and was miserable for days, almost 2 weeks. I felt so bad for him. He was red and irritated in his private area. I will never take another of my fur babies back to them. Again AWFUL!

I absolutely love the staff and the kindness they show to Quincy, my Shih tzu every time he goes for grooming.Also, want to give a special shout-out to Tyler and Belinda!!! I had brought in a stray to check and see if chipped. He wasn’t and while there I decided to have him groomed and they did not charge me for that!!I couldn’t ask for better people or Company!!! Thanks again!!!

brought my lil guy here to be groomed. I called to make my appointment since I did not see a way to book online. They got us in quickly. He's a small breed. The price was reasonable $35. I was happy with the cut and he smelled good. It was only $5 extra for teeth brushing which was great. Overall I was happy with the services.

Used to be really good. However, the last 6 months or so have been terrible. I take a dog I rescued and she was always terrified but I could never figure out why. The last 3 times we’ve taken her we’ve asked them to file her nails instead of clip them (the clippers split her nails and make them even more jagged) and they haven’t. The first time we understood. The second time was a little irritating, because she was bleeding when she came out. The third time however, she was bleeding so bad it took 20 minutes to get it to stop, and the guy didn’t even seem to care. We asked them not to use the special shampoo for shedding because it doesn’t work, and they still used it 3 times and tried charging us even though we said we didn’t want it before we took her in! I will not be taking her back because she is absolutely terrified of them and they don’t seem to listen to our concerns. The owner was kind enough to give us a free wash because of the trouble, but I don’t think we’ll take her back due to the fact she’s so scared now.

If I could leave negative stars I would. This place is unprofessional to say the least. First off, I understand people make mistakes or slip ups. That's fine no problem there. But here's what happened. We have a miniature schnauzer that had a nice standard schnauzer cut before we took him here. He just needed a trim nothing more. Never had a problem with other groomers before and we've used several. They claim he moved and the messed up a small spot on one side of him, on the skirt part of his hair. No problem, dogs are animals that move and we've all had a slip of the hand. That's no problem. Here's where the problem is. They decided to shave the rest of his hair off! They did not call to ask what we would like to have done they just went with what they felt was "good". He looks nothing like he did. His hair is all shaved off. It will take years to grow back like it was. They were unwilling to take blame for their mistake and I do NOT recommend them to anyone. Very unprofessional and a worthless grooming service.

Got my 1/2 schnauzer 1/2 shih tzu groomed yesterday4-20-2021 & was so happy with how he looks. they did an awesome job on him. i will definitely take him back. much cheaper than where i was taking him too. thank you to he groomers!!!

I went to Coronado pet shoppe to look at the kittens with my four year old, I was blown away at the kindness we were given by not only the owner but the entire staff! We had to put our cat down months ago and to be honest I wasn’t sure I could do it again until we fell in love with a little female kitten, she was clean and well cared for in her inclosure. They let us play with her and even held her for us until the evening so I could go to work. My son was also given some candy to make his day brighter until we could return to get his kitten! Absolutely love this place and thank them dearly for our experience. Heart warming to know that there are still good people in this world. :)

We’re absolutely in love with our pup and enjoy going for grooming, accessories, and tips on caring for our fur babies! I have used Amarillo Pet Shoppe for years.I have a schzauzer who is 15 years old.They are so kind & gentle with her.I have a rescue dog That other groomers have refused to groom.He has to take anxiety meds before he is groomed. My parents purchased a puppy here last year and he was sick. Which happens I understand that he wasn't registered so his health was't garunteed but he was also INFESTED with fleas and we didn't know it until we brought him home to our other two dogs, and we were finally able to get rid of them recently and I get that it happens. But they need to be more careful with so many dogs in and out of there the way they are!
