This place is TERRIBLE with all the services they provide. I ordered our shower doors and hardware from them, which I also had them install, for a house I had built. I've had nothing but problems since they installed my doors. Every time one of the showers are used, a lot of water ends up outside of my shower, which defeats the purpose of the doors obviously. So much water has leaked out that I am already needing to replace grout and tile around the shower door and inside/outside of the shower. If this company comes out to measure your shower for a door, definitely get a second opinion! Also, the hardware they placed for the shower door started coming loose almost immediately and makes ugly rust markings on everything. We have to be very careful when we pull the shower door handle, as it will come loose every time or just completely fall off. These shower doors and hardware have been nothing but a headache that has ruined our tile around the doors, and not to mention made our brand new bathrooms look aged in no time. I'd rather spend the money to have it all completely redone by professionals than to waste anymore money with calling this company back out to fix these problems, which I'm sure will just be a quick, cheap bandaid fix. I will definitely not be using them ever again for my home or vehicles.

Someone destroyed my passenger front side window. I was very frustrated and trying to call around and get estimates. The customer service at clayton's was great! They understood the frustration. Also, they do fast and efficient work! I will always recommend their services to everyone I know!

Needed an estimate and glass replacement for my house. I was scheduled an appt for two weeks after I called. That day came and went with no response. When I called I was told my appt was moved to 2 weeks later. Very poor communication and professionalism. I will use someone else and recommend others do the same.

I had a window at my apartment busted out by my dog so I called Clayton’s and they immediately came out and gave me a free estimate. The next day they came out and replaced the piece and were very quick and professional. I’d highly recommend Clayton’s glass to friends and family and I like that I was able to use a locally owned business!

I was very pleased! I called my husband right after and told him what a great job they did. They actually had the correct piece of glass, they were actually ready for me and got me in as soon as I arrived, they charged me what they had told me over the phone. Fantastic Service!!!I called and got a quote and was told I could bring in the next morning for full windshield replacement. I arrived as they were opening and they got to work. I was out and back on the road within 2 hours. Great work Great Price!

This place is great I called the day my patio door broke and they sent someone out a week after calling and they just installed the glass yesterday. The installers were friendly polite and very nice. They cleaned up their mess. This is a fantastic company to use for glass replacement. Good job to lori,Lori, Dustin/ the other guy as well( didn't get his name) for taking care of my glass needs.

Had to wait 2 weeks for my glass, when they told me it would only take two days, only for them to cut it by the wrong measurements and, said it would be fix later that day. I called the next day asking for the glass and they said if I was in such a hurry i could come pick it up and take it to get it cut myself, which I did. They never gave me a refund on what I over paid when they took the measurements wrong.

I called all over town to get a crystal figurine fixed and nobody could even refer me to anybody.
