I highly recommend!! I took my princess in with the hopes of a fun Mullet cut and they absolutely delivered! She is so cute and way less hot (this is her summer cut) and they were able to squeeze me in before Memorial Day! My dog is a little spoiled (very spoiled) and they were so great dealing with all her antics! I will definitely return! Their communication before during and after was wonderful!

"New owners" don't even bother. We've taken our pups here for the last 3 years, I took my new puppy that weighs 4 lbs they barely cut his hair, didn't trim his nails, didn't clean his ears for 55 bucks!!! Go up the street on Western won't be coming back!!

What a great experience for our first time puppy. They treated him like family. He got the full works, treated with care, and we would highly recommend Claws and Paws to anyone.

We used to take our dog here frequently until a couple of months ago. The first incident we dropped our dog off around 9 am and was still there at 5pm. we had a function to go to and needed to pick her up and they told us that they still had not started on her and it was our fault we had to be somewhere. When we finally picked her up, she looked worse than before. Her cut was uneven, and they asked me to take her back to get her clipped right. so, I did. they fixed her up and I decided to give them another chance. A couple months later we took her back and same thing happened, she was there all day. I finally picked her up and the lady that groomed her said my dog was moving too much for her to clip her hair in her ears, and if I would like, I can "go back there and hold her down" I refused to do that since I pay for them to do this not me and I did not have the time after her being there all day they still needed my assistance. Also, they asked me to bring her back the next day so they can fix their issue. It was always around 40 bucks to get her groomed and that time she charged me 50. I refused to take time out of my day to take her back, this should have been taken care of the first round. I mean one time they mess up I understand but this just kept happening. So, I refuse to take my dog back there again. I have found a new groomer that does their job as supposed to and oh also my dog does not come home smelling like a pack of cigarettes.

Two trips, two bad hair cuts, two poor nail trims, and lost collar both times. We are out two dog collars and tags. They are always friendly, but the owner needs to step up and inspect the product.

Would definitely not take your baby there! Very dirty it’s a smoking facility and your dogs are washed in dawn, so to all the clients taking those precious fur baby’s who have bad dry skin, the dawn will strip their nature oils they produce and they will claim you need oatmeal or go see a vet, come to (canine country club Luxury pet hotel and spa) and you will receive top of the line care for your fur baby! 🏼

This is the worst dog grooming business in town. We took our dog maggy on a Saturday before 11am and didn't get our dog back until 6pm. We asked for a short haircut for spring and they left our dog with long hair as if she had not even been cut. Her hair was all different lengths. As you could tell they did the fastest cut they could as it was after closing time and still had to many dogs left to cut still. If anyone is looking to them for grooming please take your baby somewhere else. Our maggie will never go back there or will never recommend this place.grooming our dog and you can tell they did a very fast cut and our dog's hair was uneven all over.

We have tried other places and our dog came back with bleeding paws, and would hide and cry. We started with Claws and Paws and will never take our dog anywhere else. He is always beautifully groomed and happy when he comes home. With the dog we have now and the one we had before - we never had one complaint.

We have been going to Claws & Paws for 20 years! We started with them when it was just Wanda and Mary Lou in a garage. We would never take our precious "children" any place else and neither should you. I have read the review from the ex-employee and I'm sure he is just ticked off. I have popped in and out while our dogs are there and have never seen them mistreat any of the animals.

Dogs do not lie! Our two dogs, who attend this facility when needed always enter the doors with excitement, because they are aware of the love and attention they will receive in the following hours. It is one big loving family behind those swinging doors, and the owner is responsible for this positive atmosphere. We used the great people at Paws and Claws for out two Malteses and our sweet labradoodle. They looked amazing and had a great time without being caged. I loved this grooming spa and the price was very fair!
