The employee working outside that took my order rushed me through every part of receiving my order and seemed bothered she was outside instead of inside, she had dirty hands and hair as well as b\o that was pungent and wafting into my car. Usually the outdoor employees are pleasant people with a clean appearance and professional demeanor, disappointing for this to be who was representing the restaurant at the time. It's Chick-fil-A so the food was hot fresh and accurate but I'll go to the other location in my area next time I have a craving for this!!Vegetarian options: They've got a fabulous veggie wrap if that's what you're into or need dietary wise!Dietary restrictions: Veggie wrap for vegetarians, not sure about anything else though!

These guys serve good food and have pretty good staff BUT their locations across Amarillo were poor choices on their part. They are EXTREMELY popular and in all cases (in Amarillo) they have chosen locations that don’t have enough space to allow all their drive through customers to get off the road at peak times. Otherwise I love these places. 😕

When you order a grilled chicken club sandwich and say just cut the tomatoes, you should get more than just a small piece of grilled chicken between the bread (chicken was on a diet too)… but no cheese or bacon! Good job!And… when someone ask for a grilled chicken Cobb and you still put fried on it, you’re really killing it, good job!When you go back to the counter and make eye contact with 5-6 different employees, as you hold your incorrectly made salad, nobody ask if you need help, they just ignore you. What an experience!! I should have just kept driving to where I was going originally. This is easily the worst Chick-fil-A I visit, and I travel across multiple states for work.. give yourselves a raise!! It was dead in there yet it seemed like nobody wanted to take an order, enter it correctly or solve it when your team screwed it up. That’s the magic right there - the trifecta of typical fast food.

Entrance, drive through design and rules are 👎🏻. Don’t miss the first turn in or you’ll get to circle the building, only to realize you’re going the wrong way. Once you reverse out of that, you get to circle around some other random businesses and are forced to get back onto the road. Once you finally turn into the correct entrance you then see that you can only go in one lane if your car is big. Meanwhile 6 others cars get ahead of you in the other line. 😵‍💫

I’ve never been disappointed by a CFA experience. This time however I took my daughter to one that I don’t usually frequent. I ordered the breakfast scramble bowl that I’ve ordered at several other locations, except this time it was only 1/4 full. When I brought this to the attention of the manager he told me that’s how they come.I assume I’ll have bad experiences at fast food restaurants but I’ve come to expect better from Chick-fil-A.

Another great experience. I really enjoy the app. Today, I redeemed my points for free waffle fries and my reward for free grilled chicken nuggets. First time try the grilled chicken nuggets. Good, but I prefer the other chicken nuggets.My husband got a grilled chicken deluxe meal.Oh, I also got a frosted lemonade, which I really, really like!!!You should go to Chick-fil-A anytime you get a chance. Trust me. It will be a pleasure for you and for them. 😊

The drive-through was crazy. Clear out into a busy street. You can only get into drive threw one way. It's easy to get stuck where there is no way to turn around.The food was great!!Parking: One way access is pretty difficult to manage. Had to go completely around a nearby shopping center to find out how to get to drive-inKid-friendliness: My grand kids love it!!

The parking area is so small and a one way area, many were getting in then having no where to park, not aware it had a one way with a do not enter sign at end. The drive thru seemed to be moving fast but hard to get to it too because business built in such a small area withing shopping center. That's when I decided to go in to order. It was very hectic inside too with it taking way to long to get order in.The food was ok especially the macaroni and cheese . Then dad just as difficult time getting out of there as getting in with lots of traffic and such small areas. Wouldn't try it again unless could see not busy .

We stopped in Chick-fil-A the other day for lunch! It was very busy as usual, with cars stacked out to the street and down the street. We went in as it wasn’t as busy as the drive thru. We both ordered and then sat down.Parking: The parking lot is plenty, although during lunch, when that’s their busiest time, it’s hard to navigate thru all the cars lined up in the drive thru to get to or find a parking spot? There needs to be something different configured for extra long lines of cars thru their drive thru lanes bc it’s very congested. Cars can’t get in or out very easily? And if an emergency vehicle needed in there, it would not be an easy? But bc of where the store is located, idk a simple answer and neither do they?Kid-friendliness: There’s kid friendly menus and kids can order from the regular menu at regular menu prices.Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicap parking as well as handicap seating!

First time ever eating at a Chic-fil-a! Service at this restaurant was outstanding! Starting with the server who waited on me, Connie. She made a great first impression on behalf of your restaurant! In the moment it took for her to get my drink the food was already being handed to me. While enjoying our meal she also came by the table to ensure we had everything we needed.Highly recommend this restaurant!

Great food, hot and fresh as you would expect from Chic fil A. Fast, friendly service as usual. This location is the worse as far as traffic and being able to navigate the parking lot, but that's got nothing to do with the food.

Wow! Never seen such a disrespectful treatment of customers time and money! If the managers had any sense of pride they would manage their employees to focus on customer service rather than giving each other hugs, turning their back on customers, not helping get orders out faster, or distracting the one cashier from taking orders. I don’t really care that this current generation doesn’t care about a work ethic or pride in their work. They are managed poorly.

I had a rough night last night and decided to grab my favorite coffee on the way to work to hopefully bring me a little cheer this morning , a older man training , i wish i got his name , was so sweet and kind to me that i cried on my way to work because there are good people . Normally one of the best customer service experiences in Amarillo. However, today in the drive thru the workers did not have a menu, didn't care that I asked to see one, and just stared at me with a resting bitxh face without providing a menu. I was left to "guess" the items on menu, and your employees passive aggressive attitude for the remainder if the encounter. SMH
