Till date this location is the best in their service.Every associate is helpful. During the current visit Ernie from TSC went out of his way to help us find the right kind of nuts and bolts for our lawn mover and trimmer.Has plenty of parking and the place is clean and well organized.

Wit complete understanding that things do happen for 3 days I called this store to make sure someone was going to be available to fill my propane tank and each day was assured that someone will be available Friday until 730pm. My propane tank is big and heavy and takes a LOT to get it to the store to be filled. Get the tank loaded and ready at 6:30 , we all get in the truck and I call only to be told the person that was available to put propane in my tank left at 6 o’clock. I was also told he was the manager and he left so there was nothing that could be done. I really don’t think this is at ALL professional nor is it good customer service, I just wanted this to be known because a lot of people use propane to heat water, to cook and other things and this we a VERY BIG inconvenience.

Bought a UTV in November, it was delivered to the Alvin Tractor Supply with a bad tire so as part of me taking delivery, they said they were ordering a new wheel assembly.To date, I have visited the store and called 5 times and have been told:1) This is the first that I have heard of it.2) Let me re-order that (twice).3) I have no idea what's going on.4) This is the first that I have heard of this.5) We have no record of this.and my favorite: "This is the first that I have heard of this".I have spoken to the store manager twice, the assistant manager, the receiver (extremely rude, useless individual) and the regional manager.End result: I still have a new UTV that has a bad tire and now ZERO respect for the liars at the Alvin, TX tractor supply.June 29th, 2023 Update:Still no tire, still no outreach from anyone at this store. I'm honestly confused at how this location has such good reviews. Actions say differently

Check out is SUPER SLOW, if there is more than 4 people in line. You could buy a house quicker. So they really need to speed up this process. Self check out would be great. Less slowness and more technology needed here. Most of the time you would be lucky to find what you are looking for at this store.Store seem crammed up in many areas and makes it difficult to get thru areas. Need more organization here. I have been to other Tractor Supply and they are not this bad. Improvements needed...

They are always helpful in looking for and finding products and provide loading assistance. The manager Skylar was very helpful and polite with all our questions, returns and assisted us with a smile on her face. The vet staff was friendly and patient with our 4 dogs. We have never had a bad experience there. They are the epitome of customer service.

Have really been frustrated with Tractor Supply the past couple years because the managers that were there didn't seem to work the store like Oliver used to work it or care. Was constantly having problems with things out of stock and employees that didn't know answers or how to get them. But they finally got a good manager and that really seems to care. Met Dina several times the last couple weeks and I'm very impressed. Had a friend that purchased a mower that broke less than 2 weeks later. Spoke to her and she made it right immediately. No hassles at all. Spoke to her about some of the community activities and she is very interested in supporting and getting involved. Very impressed looking forward to finally having a great manager at TSC againUpdate: Dina left a long time ago and I'm not sure who they have anymore as it seems to have changed several times. Now it's back to the frustrating visits as they have new employees that don't know answers to questions or where to find things or they're constantly out of stock. Had better luck with the one in Santa Fe

Very friendly service and smiling faces! The man working there gladly helped me load six, 4x6 rubber mats into a Prius. They were heavy and awkward to handle so the help was very appreciated!

Today is 12.17.2022. Went in this am to get propane tanks filled. Was told propane would be in at 2. Came back 2:15..there was another customer before me waiting for propane also. He told me he had them paged and waiting for them to show up. No one showed. Went to have them repaged only to be told they went to Lunch after only coming into work at 1. No one else was trained to refill tanks. What a joke this place is...they left two people standing outside in cold wind waiting for someone who wasnt even available. No change from This summer. I Asked 2 people for help.. told to go outside in this heat to wait for help..20 minutes later no one shows up even though I saw 4different employees walking around not helping a soul but tagging prices. What a waste of time...They just lost a several hundred dollars purchase...What horrible customer service. Poor ladies up front have to deal with apologising for all the others.

I've been a customer since this location opened with Oliver as manager I was there today my receipt is stamped 2:26 PM buying parts for my tractor brush hog. I tried to get $2 in coin change back to use in the ice machine that is in there parking lot & was denied by manager Lauren whom personally told me in front of 2 employees that they are not a bank. I pointed out that I'm buying items, she said that doesn't matter I can only get change back for my purchase not extra change. I said come on it's only $2 ,she said it doesn't matter. I left and outside nice couple pulled up to me in the parking lot and gave me enough coins. They said they were on the other register and overheard it ,that it had made them angry. My thanks to that couple because I didn't want to pull my tractor and trailer around Alvin to get ice. PS the couple wouldn't let me buy the coins.Oh I'm editing the above post in no way reflects on the employees whom are wonderful and always so helpful it is only aimed at the new manager Lauren, don't know her last name.

Prices are high compared to others in the area. You may find an item on line and it says they have one, but then it's gone. Just happy they do have feed and supplies for my bunny. Just have to pay a bit more but its close to home. They are always helpful and the store is very clean and organized.

Friendly service. Mediums sized store that is easy to navigate. Prices are fair. They have an excellent selection of dog food to choose from. Anything you need for yard work or working on the farm you can find here. If they don't have it they can order it.

We went to pick up a chicken coop and a plastic stock tank - both were in stock (we had called before to check), and Denise was very helpful setting up our purchase. Pickup was quick and easy, and they were able to fork the coop into the bed of my truck.

Bought diatomaceous earth to get rid of sugar ants they ran for the hills I recommend it if your house is over run .woke up to house clear 👍

What has happened to the management of this store? I was there today, April 8 2017 with coupons. Nothing was there that the coupons were for. For example, buy one get one free of mealworms. There was 1 only, so forget that. There was 1 cashier and many people walked out and left their items. This is a Saturday, you need employees there and also your promoted items.

Had what we needed to fix the tires on my work wagon. But look around, they had other tires cheaper in a different location of the store. Bought a nice chime, good size, nice sound, 20% off. Peanuts in shell for birds & squirrels, 10 lbs, good price.

Went looking for a decoy for dang birds and found a hawk decoy. While there we found some items on a clearance shelf. However they were not marked down. When we asked about them, they informed us that the associates the night before did not get a chance to mark them down. So they couldn't give us the clearance price. They told us to come back in a couple of days Very disappointed!!

There is absolutely no customer service here. Two people working the whole very busy store, we have been here an hour. The front desk girl was extremely unprpfessional and the service desk guy walked around completely ignoring all customers. What we ordered online apparently can not be found. Beyond frustrated because we would not have ordered online if we knew it was gonna take this long apparently build the safe to be loaded in the truck.

Customer service is seriously lacking. I purchased an item with the understanding I wouldn't be able to pick it up for a few days. During that time, the customer service rep., who sold it to me did not mark it as sold, and when I returned to pick it up, they sold the item I already paid for!One person tried to get it shipped to this store to be told no. And the receiving manager, had no idea how to even initiate a store transfer.Their answer is, there is one 200 miles away, and I can purchase that one and go get it myself. What a joke.They lost this customer who used to spend @ 10k annually at Tractor Supply.

I arrived at the pick-up area, called the store as directed in the pick-up sign, Michelle answered the phone, I explained I was outside and she just said "hold a moment" after 10 minutes waiting on the phone I just hang up and went inside... other than this, service was Ok! Just so you know, curbside service is not working!

Not much bad to say. I have been here many times anf they usually have what I need, but occasionally are out of stock. A new one opened up closer to me and I love the new one. Worst thing about this one is the parking lot is very run down.

Went there to get my dog her shots and blood work. The Vets were in the back of store. On Saturdays..did not take long. Other than that's it's a tractor 🚜 place that sells everything you need especially tools etc..
