I had the best experience with Holiday World and Tim (sales rep). At first I wasn’t exactly sure what I was looking for, so I ended up going to several other RV dealerships (FunTown Rv Waco and Cleburne, Camping World Alvarado, Crestview Rv, and RV Station Waco). All had were high pressure sales reps that made you feel guilty. However, Tim was excellent, highly knowledgeable, and respectful. Finally on my third visit here I purchased the Keystone Springdale 310DB. Thank you so much Tim. Highly recommend if you are looking for a RV, you must come here.

We had a really great experience over all at Holiday World in Alvarado.Our salesperson Austin made our 6th RV purchase a real joy. He was very knowledgeable and whatever he did not know he was quick to learn and relay back. Great personality and a caring soul, hard to find in sales people sometimes. Kent in finance was a refreshing personality as well. Diane at the front desk was always so friendly and accommodating. Heath from service did our walk through and was very helpful, thorough and made it fun. Like I said a great overall experience, definitely recommend Holiday World!

We are in the market for a Renegade RV so I took the family in to look and compare models. Byron McAlister took great care of us while educating us on the different models and floor plans. Shelia Trussell was AMAZING!! She was a great active listener and only showed us RVs that fit inside our budget and requirements. She wasn't pushy what so ever! Edited to say fast forward 3 months since purchasing our Keystone Cougar FBS355 and the Furrion fridge has already stopped working. My advice to anyone shopping here is do not buy an rv if it has a Furrion fridge in it unless you can wait 3 months for a tech to look at it. Furrion states they don’t make replacement parts.About 4 months ago we decided to sell our home in Fort Worth and live in an rv for a couple of years. We visited a couple of locations before coming to Holiday World. When we walked through the door and Graham greeted us we knew he had our best interest at heart.I knew absolutely nothing about an RV much less what type of truck it took to pull one. Graham quickly informed me that I was most likely going to have to upgrade my vehicle if we went with the trailer we liked most at the time (which changed about 20 times over the months thanks to my wonderful wife).Graham provided me with a dealership nearby he felt confident would be able to help me. Being me, I looked at every dealership but that one in the beginning and had zero luck finding what I needed. I reached out to the dealership and they went to work looking for what I needed which was about to leave the manufacturing facility. They estimated about 6 weeks before it showed up so that provided us with lots of time to pick out the perfect RV.Graham is always available to answer any questions via text or phone calls. Since moving into the trailer full time 1 week ago he's the real MVP answering questions that pop up almost hourly and definitely before working hours begin.He was the deciding factor in doing business with Holiday World. We went with the Keystone Cougar 355FBS and got a fantastic interest rate using a bank the finance representative recommended.So far we haven't had any issues with the RV but it's nice knowing someone will be available to help in our time of need. Thank you Graham and Holiday World for a wonderful start to our next chapter in life.I'd really like to give a shout out to the parts & service department. I was having an issue with being able to view my trailer cameras on the required setting in my Ram 2500. The issue was totally Ram related but the service guys spent at least an hour trying to figure it out for me. It was apparent it wasn't an issue with the cameras so I informed them I have to hit the road and park this thing. 5 stars to those guys and gals too!

Our salesman, Dudley, was Awesome from the time we stepped on the lot until we left out of lot making sure we were taken care of and happy with our 2018 Heartland Cyclone Toy Hauler!!! We had traveled over to the DFW area to look at two other toy haulers we had found online at a different dealership near Holiday World but wasn't impressed with the dealership or the rigs in person. Everyone at Holiday World made the purchase process painless and easy.Dudley was laid back and great with the sales process , Kent made the financing process a breeze, and Sam in service was very informative in walking us thru our new unit and making sure we knew how everything worked. We will definitely purchase from them again next time we are in the market!

Shelia Trussell was amazing to work with. We’ve been renting RVs for about 4 years and finally decided we needed one of our own. We’ve been shopping for months and have been to at least 5 dealerships and an RV show, and Holiday World, especially Shelia, was the best experience we’ve had. There was no pressure, no typical sales tactics that other dealers use, and Shelia knew her stuff! My wife asked so many extremely detailed questions and Shelia answered them with no issues, and the one time she didn’t know the answer she took the time to call a rep with the manufacturer directly. It was such a pleasant experience we finally pulled the trigger and got our first rig!!

Me and my wife went to this location and spoke to Eric Estrada to look at some used RVs. Although he had a couple to show us it didn’t compare to one we had already found at a different place. Instead of trying to talk us out of that purchase and sell us something else he took the opportunity to look at what we had found and proceeded to tell us his thought of what we had found. He was very supportive of us and told us we had found an excellent deal and even told a little about the RV. He was exceptional. Even though he didn’t sell us anything he gave great service. I would highly recommend Eric to anyone looking to purchase an RV he is trustworthy and knows his stuff!! Thank Eric for being there for us.
