Most friendliest people I've been around at a car dealership or anywhere else always trying to help you being very polite and courteous. Are very professional people. All of them are very easy to talk to.

The wife and I do a large portion of our grocery shopping at this location and have always had a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and the store is very clean. Yes the prices are a bit higher than HEB or Walmart but it’s a small town and we don’t have those options here.

How do you rate a grocery store?Staff was super friendly. They have a large selection of foods. Produce is fresh and looks great! Bought a pumpkin roll from the bakery, it was delicious! The wait to check out was short. Cashier was fast and efficient.

They are more expensive than the giant corporations (I look for the sales and clearance items), but they are closer to my home and the people - employees are always helpful, cordial and respectful. The store is always really clean too.I forgot to add that they make THE BEST CHICKEN TENDERS!! They are our favorite thing. Plump and tender.I like that they employ many high school and college age folks too. I'm really trying to support local and small businesses whenever I can.

I live in Alvarado and the only time I go to this store is if I am desperate. I've had to leave baskets full of groceries because I couldn't find my brooshires card. I'd rather drive 50 miles out of my way before I go to this store.

When my husband and l lived in Alvarado Texas, l bought all my groceries at Brookshires. Got to know all the employees. And there are still people working there that I know . Two of the employees have been 19 yrs. It was a blessing to see them again..

Good place always room for improvement but old school service. Cart goes to cashier and they unload it. They even still offer to take your bags to your car.

This grocery store was well stocked with a broad variety of items. Considering the fact that they were the only grocery store for miles around, I was surprised and pleased that the prices were competitive. The store & restroom were clean & neat. Checkout was fast, as they had many lines open with no more than 3 customers in any one line! Overall, a pleasant experience!
