I don't think I've ever left a review for a Tractor Supply, or any department store at that.But my experience here was so good, I must leave a review.I got a bad product in the mail, I didn't know what to do. I called up tractor supply in Alto, and I spoke to the manager Jennifer, and it was the best customer experience I've ever had. She was super friendly, and super professional. She replaced my product no questions asked.In general this tractor supply people are always super friendly and I've enjoyed having this store in town

While there we were waiting to check out. There were two of us waiting to be checked out. An employee named Betsy waited until two white gentlemen walked up and called them over to be checked out. Leaving me and the person I was waiting with standing there. Even though we had stood there for quite some time. I will not be coming back to this store. I will spend my money in the crockett or Lufkin store where my hard earned money is appreciated.

We went to the Nacagdoches tractor supply looking for a zero turn radius mower and utility trailer. Unfortunately, they didn’t have what we wanted in stock and found it for us at the Alto store. We made the quick thirty minute drive over and were so very pleased with the experience. Jennifer the manager had paper work for the trailer ready upon our arrival and the mower ready to go. Once loaded up we realized the trailer had a busted tail light. Graden went above and beyond and replaced it for us in the parking lot. Such a friendly helpful staff!! Best Tractor Supply store experience ever. These folks are proof wonderful customer service makes all the difference. Thank you Alto Texas Tractor Supply team!
