What do you expect? It's a dollar store.It's very cluttered and unorganized. Felt very musty. It's also very understaffed.There's a decent selection of items, but it is a mess.

Stopped by at 805 door is locked as they should be open. Very poor service will never shop there again. Dollar general has my patronage now. Good job on losing customers

Big store and gets busy! The cashiers do there best and most are very friendly and will help when they can! Only problem this is management get more HELP sucks having to wait in like for 15 minutes because one register is open.Again Management problem not employee problem!

Unorganized and long lines since new management has taken over about a month ago. Boxes, and boxes of unstocked product cramming up asiles so much so that you can't even get down the asiles to get your shopping done. The new manager is a real winner too! She treats the younger employees like $hit in front of customer's. So NOT COOL! I could definitely tell she was one of those people that ridicules other's to TRY and make herself look good. Try a diet *itch!! I'm so THROUGH with this store after my experience there yesterday!

Only complaint is that this store is messy . However , the prices are VERY reasonable , and so far the staff has been friendly . I’ll continue to shop at this location when I’m in need of just about anything for my home .Update : the staff has organized the store and looks great ! I’d give a 5 star now :)

Much improved since the last time I went in there! The dollar tree sections is a welcome addition, the store is much much cleaner, and the staff has improved immensely.

Very unhappy with my purchase and cannot return it to the store. I bought a verizon prepaid phone and it will not activate. Come to find out I also have to buy a separate sim card. Family dollar will not let me return the phone so as of today not one more penny of my money will go to this or any other family dollar store amd I do mean what I say.

Place looked like it was a favorite for locals to get their school supplies. It looked like the store was in the middle of this recovery. It still had tons of choices and options and great prices.

Great convenient store. We bought a lot of school supplies and necessities, for dorm life, for our son. We also had to purchase clothes for my husband and I when we found out that we could not return to our hometown, Port Lavaca, due to Hurricane Harvey. We made several trips to Family Dollar during our visit to alpine, Tx.

This family dollar here in alpine texas is closed most of the time for covid infected workers. Or covid infected distributors!! They close for like 1/2 a day to sanitize!! Do they think they will sanitize in that amount of time? I DONT THINK SO!!!!!!!!!!

It's your typical family dollar. The checkout equipment has failed while I was in line and I waited about 15 minutes. Overall, though, nothing to brag or complain about.
