The young ladies working at this location clearly hate people and or hate working.it seemed so difficult for them to say hello and ask how they can help.November 13 2023 around 2 pm.was told I couldn't get a free phone unless I was switching from another carrier.but I can log on to my cricket account and I have several options for a free phone

Stopped in for the first time and bought a case for a new iPhone 14 along with a package of screen protectors. Girl behind the counter was very nice. After getting home I found out I had grabbed 2 phone cases instead of a box of screen protectors. So 10 minutes later I bring back the extra phone case I purchased to return it and get the screen protectors instead and was told there are no returns on accessories. The girl behind the counter texts the owner and is told nope, no returns or exchanges. No where visible in the store does it say that, not told that when I am making the purchase and the only place it states that is the fine print at the bottom of the 12” long receipt … after you have already made the purchase. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
