I have been coming here for the last two years. And I don't regret changing groomers. One of the reasons I changed groomers was price the last place I was going to. I was paying about $115 for both of my small dogs here. I pay about 50 to 60 dollars, which is a huge difference in price, and I love how the groomer has Lalit of experience in grooming dogs.

Been bringing Sugar here since she was small. I've tried other places but nothing compares to them. Wonderful staff, great service. She always comes home smelling and looking great.

I've been taking my pup here for a few months now it's my first time ever doing this for my pet and she always looks neatly groomed and smells good when I pick her up.They take their time and do everything you ask for. I know she likes it here and I would say the man that works here is doing a great job. I believe they do only take cash but that is no problem as that is just their method of payment. I'm definitely not interested in looking nowhere else.

Very bad service. My dog had an appt for 9:30 and we arrived at 9:20. We never got a call that he was ready. We went to check and they said soon. We went back again later and the man said there 2 dogs ahead of ours!. Now he said it wouldn't be til 3pm, maybe!!. We had taken our dog before a couple of times and everything was well and fast. The new people are not proffesional.

I’ve called many times to schedule an appointment but no one answers so I had to text them through messenger. Everything was going smoothly, they made me an appointment for the next day. I arrived 15 mins before the appointment, tried calling and texting again to inform them we were outside and no one answered again! Why have phone numbers if no one is going to answer? It isn’t the first time this happens to us.

Took both my dogs in to get groomed. (One a 150lb Golden Indian Dog. The other a 60lbs lab) both pups were a bit nervous when I dropped them off but when I picked them up they were the happiest I have seen them in weeks! They look and feel fresh after their grooming. The staff did a wonderful job cleaning them up but the most important to me is that they did so while making my furbabies happy and confident

First time taking my dog there... cut was tolerable but they cut her thumb nail way to short. He didn't tell me when I picked her up. I noticed her licking herself and when I grabbed her front paw she started to cry. I wasn't going to say anything. But at least I can leave a review. I just hope it doesn't get infected. I put an ointment as soon as I could.

Working An Event In Mcallen..So I took my Dog for Grooming..She Came out looking Divine..Beautiful as A Diva..The Staff Was Amazing and Handled My Pet with so much TLC..I totally recommend This Pet Spa..My Pet Came out So Happy. I TOTALLY Love It !!

Do not take your pet here. So many things went wrong. Front desk is unprofessional, and not friendly. They also stated they'd call back when my dog was ready and they didn't, we had to go back and ask for him. Once we got him back, he wasn't his normal friendly self, but scared and trembling. It took 3 days for him to start acting normal again. He also couldn't open his left eye, and had redness and swelling that was brand new. He was hurt at this place, and I don't understand how or why. Never again.

They did the worst job I have ever seen done aon a dog. They were told to take about an 1inch to 1 1/2 and they cut his hair almost down to the skin. It is uneven, and his paws were shaved past the nails.I would never take him back there and I recommend that no one thinks about taking their furbaby there unless you want them to come home looking like some other dog.

UNSATISFIED!!!- If i could give this place a 0 I would, I had just dropped off my dog here and on my way home I was reading these reviews about people not being satisfied with their work so I went back for pet and they had already started with him but they returned him with a CUT ON HIS LEG I certainly DONT RECOMMEND this place at all!!!! Not even halfway with his grooming and they had already injured him

I would give is 0 stars if I could but I don’t have that option so had to put 1 star! I’m very dissatisfied with there service the men that did my puppies grooming scared her and god knows what else they did to her, apparently his name was Eric. She came out shaking and has been scared these last 2 days not like her usual self. Don’t take your dogs to this place I will NEVER go back to this place.

They advertise on Facebook a$19.99 full grooming for a dog. But when you arrive there they charge extra for cutting the nails, cutting their hair. When picked up our dog the bill was $33.00. Never going back to this place. Our dog still had fleas when we got him home.

What a disappointment, this are not pet groomers nor care about your pet. Took my beautiful long hair chihuahua for a trim, and they shaved all of the hair. I could have done it my self. Take your sheep here not your dog. One size fits all in this place.

***READ FULL REVIEW***Terrible experience. Not only did they do a terrible job with my dogs haircut, they left her scared as if they were beating her throughout the process. My dog is always full of life and playful, now ever since I picked her up she’s been very low energy and shakes when people pick her up. I know they did something to scare her to where she isn’t the same anymore. The reason their price is so reasonable is because it comes with a free dog beating! And I know others who have come here and said their dog has not been the same as well. DO NOT SEND YOUR DOG HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT THEM!!! I would give 0 stars if I could.

My dog looks good and smells great when she is done. They have supplies you can buy and a photo area if you'd like to take pictures. They are inexpensive and take their time grooming your furbaby.

I called yesterday to make an appointment for today at 7:30 and i was told that they had openings. When I arrived the place was closed and they never answered the phone after 20 minutes waiting i finally got a called back and i was place on hold for 10 minutes and they hang up on me. I was late to work because of this people i had never been there before and for the 1st time and the poor management i wouldn’t trust this unreasonable unprofessional ppl to put a hand on my dogs uf i couldn’t give them a lower review i would
