Are you kidding me?? I found 5 dead fish and to the point of decomposition. You can see the flesh falling apart to the point the water is yellow! Just how long had they been dead???!?! If anything I think the rumors are true that petsmart discriminates their animals very often. THIS IS JUST CRUEL.

Never really had a problem with this store location before hence why I'm not giving a 1 star review. I'm not sure if there was an issue with the store itself or with the dog food brand manufacturer/warehouse, but I did notice these Indianmeal moths inside the bag. There seemed to be some of those moths on top of the bags of dog food but my partner and I just thought it may had been from outside. When I opened the dog food (Wellness Senior dog food), there was a lot of silk, moths and worms. I'm not sure if other bags of dog food had them inside. The employees did a good job and allowed a refund.

Tried curbside for the 1st time and it was great. You are supposed to wait for the email on when your order is ready....we called to let them know when we arrived and they delivered our order out to us quickly.....My sister had gone to the petsmart on south 10th and they didn't have our dog food. On our way to the north 10th store she called and checked availability and they even held the last bag of our dog food to wait for our online order. Great customer service.

Helpful staff we went to buy tank for a salcata tortoise and I didnt know what tank would be best. One lovely young man told me what was my best option thanks to him i saved a bunch and our tortoise loved his new home. If not sure if u can get a good deal for ur bucks dont hesitate to ask worker helped me compare prices to work with my budget. Very helpful happy workers.

I only went there to get myself a parakeet. Took a quick view thru the store and you can also adopt cats and bring your pet dog to training.They also have fishes, lizards, tarantulas and hamsters.

We bought a male Syrian teddy hamster for a great price and it was very social my kids loved that they were able to handle him right away. It didnt try to attack like normal hamsters do. There are 2 more males that were not defensive left. He even rolled in him hamster ball and got food to store in his corner of the cage that he picked. Very satisfied with the customer service and cashier. We will definitely keep shopping at pet smart.

Placed an online order, picked the items myself, cashier verified my items and still wouldn't let me leave the store stating " I would need to wait like everyone else." After I did their job for them and they verified the order, not sure why I would have to wait! Called customer service and they were only able to help me cancel the order. No manager approached us whatsoever. Horrible customer service! In addition they won't even price match their own online prices.

Over 10 years of getting groomed, we never had a groomer complain about our little 12 pound shih-tzu girl. After she left, she had diarrhea and was favoring her ears as if she were hurt. She goes to the vet tomorrow.

This store always has a better selection of fresh water fish compared to the North 10th location and cleaner tanks! Also there bettas are way better here in this location although if your looking for a good looking betta I suggest going to PetCo instead.

I had never been inside a PetSmart before, I was extremely amazed with all the great customer service that was given to us. From the time i entered the store to the time i left. Therefore that being said, i want to thank all the information Isaiah provided us regarding our new family pet (bearded dragon). I will definitely be coming here more often. Store is very clean, well organized & have very friendly people.

Went to buy some batteries but also had my grandkids enjoyed looking around spend almost two hours at PetSmart male employee was so nice ask my grandkids if the wanted to see him fed the turtle kids immediately said yes Lol!! Thanks to the employees sorry I don't remember his name at the moment .

About a year ago I bought a bag of blue Buffalo from this store(I normally buy Victor brand but my pug was experiencing skin problems so I was looking for something that would fit both my dogs needs). I get home, open up the food bag, pour into my dogs food container and scoop my dog a bowl. After serving a bowl I notice maggots or some kind of worm like bug 🐛 . I took my whole tote back to the store and requested a refund. Of course I got one but I expected them to replace my food bin for the inconvenience and the manger would not oblige. Of course I left the bin. Gross. I wouldn’t eat out of something maggots have been in and I don’t expect my dogs to. As a side note, there were no tears or damage at all on the bag that we noticed so this very well could have been manufacturer’s fault. I did email blue buffalo as well.As far as my dogs’ diet now, I still feed my bully Victor brand but my pug gets hills(from petco-weslaco or tractor supply-weslaco) :)
