It’s been an amazing year so far in less than 3 months I’ve taken Multiple pets from Pet Supplies from Hamsters Geckos Spiders to Tarantula My wife Even Got herself a beautiful King Snake. They all have a lovely place they call home now and all the items are bought from pet Supplies. The environment is very Friendly and welcoming to both Hispanics and English speaking people. The best part of it all is that they Work with you on Getting you the right information on whatever you are interested in. They even go as far to do “special orders” which is amazing! I 100% Recommend this Store to anyone who reads this review. Unlike other pets stores *cough* “pet smart” You’ll feel at home.

Lulu had a great time at Pet Supplies today!Her first time at the pet wash station and she did great. Love this as an option to bath time at home!All the people were very friendly and helpful. We will be back for more shopping!Highly recommend y'all check it out!

Super awesome to have another pet store option in the valley! Loved that they have grooming as well! I’ll have to try that out with my fur babies. Love the diverse options and that it’s geared toward more organic and clean food options as well as many other non toxic options for our babies. I’ll definitely be back to re stock on treats!

I had a great experience with Pet SuppliesPlus! I had came to try the dog wash which was amazing. They provided us with towels and aprons which was nice. The place was very clean and the employees were so kind and helpful. I definitely recommend trying this place out :)

Loved it. The staff here is super friendly and very attentive! The place is clean, organized and have pretty much everything my doggy needs! From treats, to toys. My favorite parts of this store is definitely the self-serve dog wash! All I do is take my dog in for a bath and they have the shampoo, conditioner and even a “tick-control shampoo” , they have towels and a hair dryer for them which I ABSOLUTELY LOVE because my dog (who is a shih tzu) has a lot of hair and never ever lets me blow dry it after I shower him at home and the time I have brought him here, he was super chill and just went along with it! It was soooo easy to use and super fast! Prices are very reasonable, which I also like! 😃🙌🏻Also, another favorite part would be the bakery! Super excited to be able to buy my dog treats, cookies and even a little birthday cupcake for him. I love it here. I definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a great experience getting my German Shepherd groomed. The staff was very friendly and the groomer (Mairym) did a great job at deshedding Gigi because she had a lot of excess hair. She came out looking like a new pup. Would highly recommend going.

I visited on Saturday looking for some treats for my bulldogs and Jackie was super helpful! She told me about Redford treats being more healthy for my girls. I tried them out and they loved it! Going back for more soon. :) She also did an amazing job with their nail trims. One of my girls is very skittish and hates her paws touched but Jackie had such patience and professionalism when dealing with her that it was a quick process! Thank You Jackie! I highly recommend you go visit her too!

Friendly staff. Good variety of products. I switched my fur babies over to their Redford brand and they love it. They also have awesome groomers and a self pet wash station! Definitely plan to check it out with my fur babies soon. Such an amazing store to come to our area. Oh and they have a mini bakery for your fur babies. They’ll love it!

Brought my dog in for 1100 appointment today for grooming and wash. It was a awful experienceIt started when they would not accept the rabies vaccination from Mexico. Which is good enough for other pet wash places in McAllen and it’s good enough for the border patrol when we cross into the US.Anyway they did do the wash and groomingBut it was a hatchet job uneven cuts long hair on paws and legs and head. Ears were asked to be trimmed not done. Ears soaking wet not dried at all. The groomer stated that she was whining and would not cooperate.We have never heard that before from any other groomers we have been to.Not sure what the issue was but I’m sure it wasn’t the dog.If I could put negative 100 I would.I would not recommend to anyone to bring there fur baby here

Love this new store! Everything was so clean and tidy! The staff were all so friendly! Lynnette was so so very helpful and so educated on everything I had to ask! I needed reccomendations on cat and reptiles and she had an answer for every question! She took her time to explain and recommend items to me! She also helped me save a ton! I will be coming here from now on!!!

Employees are nice and friendly, the store is very clean but like 80% of the store is all for dog stuff. I don't have any dogs so my selection was very very minimal. Even in the aisles that were for cats they still had dog items in the aisle. Not very much reason for me to return to the store after the first visit unfortunately. But if you have a dog then this would be a good place for you.

Sad to have to share this here but my experience was so disappointing. I have month old twins at home and found it very difficult to make my appointments for my pup. While rescheduling they were so kind and I thought “wow they have been so nice” I was excited to finally bring him. Finally the day came after making my appt thru phone. I arrived with my pup so they could tell me they couldn’t service us because we had rescheduled 3 times. Worst things are that there was no one there. Employees were free. They said they the system wouldn’t allow to put my name. I offered to put my husbands and they denied me. They said the owner had decided that. I asked that the owner call me to explain my experience and see if we could do business together. Long story short no call. Owner lost out on good business and I bet she didn’t realize her employees wouldn’t have the courtesy or logical mind to make an exception since they weren’t doing anything.

i bought a gold fish with them they told me the fish was healthy when i ask them . i put it in my tank and gave ick to all my other goldfish i lost all my fish i had for years .bad stuff i wont go there any more.
