Very neat, clean store and well stocked. A team member met me at the door and was helpful by directing me to the dog food. When I could not find the brand I was searching for, she was kind enough to retrieve the food for me. This is my second time in the store and both times, the employees have been most accommodating, personable, and knowledgeable. I will be back!!

The entire staff was amazing! They were helpful, kind, made my dog feel like a queen, which of course she is and offered to help in every way. I actually went there for a bath today which isn't as easy with a three-legged dog, as a regular dog and they just made her feel very special and me too! They noticed her nails were too long too and so she had a great nail trim there today with Amy which is also my name!Thanks to a cheerful and wonderful staff!

Love Pet Supplies Plus and are so glad they are now right down the street. They have a great rewards program and a trusty mailer that we get regularly that provides discounts for a lot of the items we regularly buy. The team members are engaged and helpful every time I visit.

Took my daughter's dog Honey to be groomed at 2:00 PM and I called the store at 5:30 and picked her up at 5:45 PM and Honey looked the same with her coat looking not cut. The groomer stated Honey was trying to snap at her when the groomer was trying to cut her coat. So, for 3.5 hours, the only thing that was done was her nails and bath, combing her coat. The groomer still charged full price for the things things that were done. Honey is a puppy at 8 months old. She is an Aussie doodle.So after speaking with the manager, Jennifer stated she would place a $15.00 credit on file for next grooming. Looking at Honey since the visit, she looks terrible. Not GOOD service.

Pets Supplies Plus recently opened a new location in Allen on the southeast corner of Bethany and Allen Heights. This is a great location for me. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. I am able to earn points for up to 15% off my purchase. I’m sold!

I have gone here a couple times and the store is very nice and tidy. My favorite employee has to be George, he is very nice whenever i come in and always has a big smile on his face, I appreciate his kindness this young man needs a raise!

Great pet supply store in a strip mall. Slightly smaller than some other pet supply plus stores but has a groomer and nice 5 stall dog wash. All the staff are incredibly nice and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Love this location! I came in with my dog Pepper to give her a bath, and it was super easy. The staff are all very friendly and loved on my doggo. We will be going back to use the self-serve dog wash again!

My husband and I came in just to take a look and we were impressed. Everyone was extremely helpful and greeted us as soon as we came in and made sure that we were taken care of. We ended up picking up some crickets and cat food while we were there. I even got some free cat grass while I was there, nice extra bonus! This is definitely our new store!
