Horrible horrible place!!! They will sell you a sick dog!So many people are coming forward after purchasing here. They have had other locations in Houston they had to close down due to people coming forward.They will blame your dogs illness on you, and never contact you back! The dogs are not properly vaccinated and their contract is HIGHWAY ROBBERY!! please stay away. Save yourself the heartache so many families have had to endure!Our dog was diagnosed with distemper and we had to put her to sleep. Our poor baby who had no voice and was used by these people for profit!!These dogs are NOT a properly vaccinated! They will not answer questions regarding who the breeders are, nor the so called “vet” they have in Brownsville.GOOGLE PUPPY MILLS to see the horrible conditions the puppies parents probably live in!!Reply to owner: I have proof we paid the whole amount as soon as we received the bill. It is paid off 100 percent. I NEVER asked for money back from your lousy business I just want to spread the word so NO one else is a victim!A veterinarian would never put a healthy puppy down and if you have any knowledge about reputable vets and dogs you would know this is true.Thank you for replying, you have proved just how SLEAZY you are all on your own!

I hope this place goes out of business and the dogs are taken care of in a safe place. This place is a scam, and the owners and managers are heartless liars. They take your dog to Mexico if your puppy is sick the first 7 days, and they lie about it. They claim your dog is fine and healthy when it's been throwing up and can barely walk. They never reveal who the OWNERS of the place are. They LIE, LIE, and LIE. My puppy died in my arms a week after I bought him. Turns out he was sick when I first got him. I was heartbroken.

I was considering purchasing a dog from this place. The lady who attended me was very nice but was adamant about disclosing who their in store vetinarian was. She went on about he or she going through a university program and getting a vet degree, but she couldn't disclose his or her name because it was confidential information. I wasn't asking for his address or phone number...just for the name. If I'm going to make such an expensive purchase, I want to verify the credentials of the individual who supposedly evaluates these puppies. This raised a red flag for me. Needless to say, I did not make the purchase.

This store is such a fraud. I bought two puppies. I thought I was getting Chihuahuas, but they ended up being mixed dogs. Both puppies are sick. They sell you sick dogs for thousands of dollars of money I called and they did not wanna pass me the owner. They told me the owner will be back in two weeks. I would not even give them a food store because they don’t deserve it.

This place is a joke bought a English bulldog and has has many complications since we got her! They say they have a contract and go by it! So u better go by it cause they will screw u any chance they get! Beware of them

I honestly never bought a dog. I have 2 beautiful rescue dogs. There are so many dogs in the shelter who need love and a caring family. Please consider a rescue dog FIRST.It seems the owner of this company is very defensive instead of using good customer service skills and trying to make it right for the customer.

SELLING SICK PUPPIES: This business claims they have warranty on the puppies they sell, this is a false claim to get you to buy a puppy. 7 days from purchase date of my puppy, it tested POSITIVE for Distemper. My puppy was having seizures every 15 minutes. I spent $1800 to buy and Vet costs, Distemper has no cure and I had to make the sad decision to put my puppy down on Sunday September 5th. Business refuses to resolve issue. I wouldn’t even rate them one star

The place is really clean and staff is really friendly. The animals are active/responsive plus their display cases where the animals are kept are very clean.Only problem I have is the prices for some of the dogs, way too overpriced for some of them because they are merely pet quality. Not show, nor are they breeding quality.Problems can range from legs being too long to faces not being flat enough (even by AKC standards). Nice place, but prices don’t match the animals quality.If you are looking for a animal of breeding or show quality this is definitely not the place to drop a pretty penny. Other than that pretty neat place, would be nice if they sold other things like leashes, collars, soaps, ect not just animals but that’s besides the point.

I got a maltipoo from them he is doing great and ill happily get more from here, they do need to watch the pups more closely when their feeding them because they will eat pop if you not careful but other than that they are doing great, i didnt like the dog food they were feeding them so i suggest bill jacks so the poop is less watery ^-^.Hope you guys are doing good keep up the great work.
