Picked up my dog and she had blood, called and they changed the story and tried to gaslight. Please don’t take your pets for grooming and board. The gentleman is nice and will explain the situation, his wife will insult you and will lie to you.

$48 for a bath and brushed teeth 🙄Then they called and said my Pitt had fleas😂 I literally brought him from the vet to the spa....how? Careful where you take your pet💯 not every business that looks mesmerizing comes with integrity. That pet is an extension of your family. Protect them 💪🏿

If I could rate it 0 stars, I would!In different occasions (3) to be exact I took my dogs here for some grooming when my trusted groomers didn’t have space in their schedule.Every time SOMETHING would happen, and they don’t own up for their actions.1 occasion they over cut my baby’s nail, different occasion they used a different (probably cheap) shampoo and gave my dog a rash when I had taken her before and never got a rash…Paid an extra fee for her shedding (which I don’t mind) but you could notice they didn’t even do anything extra…I would take my babies in at 9AM, they wouldn’t give them back to me until 4-5PM! Exposed to a kennel all day when her appointment was a 9AM!!And let’s not talk about their customer service because it’s non-existent, lady that takes down the appointments is rude and seems like she doesn’t like her job, I understand everyone has bad days, but every time?!To top it all off, last time I took my pug in to this horrendous place, she was sad all day and scratching like there was no tomorrow (not normal for her).If you really care about your dog’s well-being, would not recommend to take your fur babies here!

Have had some pretty bad experiences at other groomers but this one is the best! My dog Mila gets anxious about going to groomers because of her previous experiences and gets rattled up easily but everytime I take her here she comes back happy and looking great! She loves her groomer Juan and he does a very good job at updating you and educating you more about your dogs breed and special care that's needed. Super happy with this place, will be taking Mila here forever.

I decided to take my dog in today. He basically looks like a giant beagle and weighs around 50 lbs. He has allergies and I decided to take him in for a medicated bath and full groom. My dog came out smelling fresh and seemed to enjoy the service. The owner was very kind and responsive and very knowledgeable to the information I needed to help with his coat . He recommended the items I needed and what to do to help my pet. He hasn't scratched any more since I've taken him there I highly recommend this place. The staff is extremely friendly and my pet loves their full attention. I will definitely continue to come and give a word for anyone who wants to get a full professional experience for your friendly companion.

Well about a year ago I took my dog once cause I wanted a groomer that was near my home. He came back fine but the next few days I noticed some red spots on my dog and they got irritated and a bit worse. This hadn't happened at my previous groomers before and I wasn't sure about the source of the irritation so I didn't say anything. A couple months later I needed a groomer for my dog before leaving on a trip and decided to try this place again and I had called the afternoon prior and asked if they would have time and how early the next morning I could take my dog in to be groomed. I also added that I needed him back before 12pm cause I was leaving town. They said yes they could do it. I was there a few minutes passed the time I was told they would be open (it was either 8 or 9 am) and no one was there. I figured someone may have been running late and so I waited around for almost 45 min and I tried calling cause I was told that the calls sometimes get forwarded to a cellphone. I left at least one message and I never heard back. My old groomer took me in right away and also from that day on my dog hasn't had any kinda of reaction for the same services. It may have been bad luck for me each time but it wasn't a good experience.

We definitely love our dogs groomers, you can see how informed and professional they are, they treat my fur baby with lots of love and care from the moment I drop him off to the moment I pick him up, excellent hospitality and always entering with a smile. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a good quality groom for their fur baby’s. Thank you again for always doing an amazing job on the grooming and all the helpful tips you give for what’s best to my baby.

Very dissatisfied with the service & wait time. My dog had an appointment at 9:00 a.m. & we had to wait until 4:00 pm to pick him up. If you have an appointment at a certain time .... why is your dog exposed to being in a kennel all day . At Petco the wait time to pick up your dog is 1- 2 hours. We wanted to try someplace new.... our bad. My dog is sensitive to having his nails cut, & they charged $5.00 extra for bad behavior.(por tan poquito) ni que tuviera en preschool. And we let them know that .... by the way the vet had just cut his nails the day before. This is absolutely the first & last time I take my dog to this horrendous place. Do yourself a favor & don’t expose your dog to a bad hair cut & trauma !

I took my dog there and they told me the appointment was at 9 am. We get there on time and 7 hours later my dog is finally ready. That is ridiculous, 7 hours my poor baby was in a kennel waiting to be groomed. Very unprofessional! I will not be taking my baby there anymore. It was the first and the last time. Besides the 7 hour wait time the guy was just rude complaining about everything! If you’re a “professional grooming salon” then deal with it and do your job! What poor dog is going to be 7 hrs in a cage and not be frustrated! Ridiculous! NEVER AGAIN!!! Lesson learned!

My dogs seem to feel safe here. When I pick them up they are happy and never seem scared. I get their furr cut here and just had them stay over two nights as well. This family at Doggy Day Spa are awesome care takers.

By far the GREATEST groomers you can get for your pet, I bought a Siberian husky from my neighbor and they told me he was vaccinated and healthy so I decided to take him here for the first time to get groomed... when I got there the owner right away told me he was border line close to death, he was full of ticks, fleas & his coat was so dirty. Our puppy had no vaccines & RIGHT AWAY they took our puppy in and started the process .. the owner told me “He’s in a very bad condition, but we will gladly take care of your pet like if he was our own” when the owner said that I had a huge weight off my shoulders knowing he was going to make it, so we left our puppy for boarding for almost a week & I went out of town and when I came back our family pet was transformed into a healthy, clean, vaccinated dog! I couldn’t believe my eyes!! If you need a groomer for your pet DOGGIE DAY SPA IS THE WAY TO GO!Excellent service, thank you ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I defebitely do NOT recommend this place to anyone. I took my dog there and they told me he peed himself and pooped in the cage so they had to take him 2 showers and also drugged him up so he could calm down. It wasn’t his 3rd time there. I bathe my dog every two weeks so he’s used to it, so for my dog to be THATS scared, means they probably don’t treat their dogs with love & grab them pretty rough. Not only that, but I went there expecting to only pay $45, and ended up being told the total was $80. The lady that Groomed him went out of her way to come tell me that it’s $80 because of the drugs they gave him and the second bath she had to give him. But in every visit, I would go expecting to pay one thing, and leaving paying a bigger amount. It was worst than it sounds. Point is, I don’t think they treat dogs with care and I really hope nobody takes their dog there. My dog was truly terrified. Never seen him behave that way.

Yesterday i took Oreo to get groomed, i was told he tried to attack which is super unusual he never puts up a fight when it comes to bathing and cutting his hair. I found it odd that when i picked him up he was shaking and he was extremely nervous. On the ride home i noticed his eyes were swollen and his right eye looked crossed, mind you Oreo has big bubbly eyes. So that was another red flag, second he was not acting like himself he was super distant and kept licking his balls come to find out they were irritated i examined him some more to only find out his hair was cut EXTREMELY short and not cut like a teddy bear how i had asked. He has several cuts along his belly it also looks like he has shaver burns from the clippers. I can not believe this happened to my baby! I was also charged extra because supposedly he had 4 or 5 flea's which i know is not true because i showered him Monday and i keep a close eye on him and i know for a fact he did not have any. When i questioned it the lady said that he probably got them while i walked him prior to dropping him off. I don't mind that they treated him for it i just don't like i wasnt informed before. I am beyond upset that he was treated so poorly and i can not imagine what he was feeling, i WILL NEVER feel safe taking him anywhere. 😭 my heart is broken for him i feel like i failed him and i left him in danger. This can NOT and will NOT go unnoticed. I advise anyone with furry babies to do research before anything. Come to find out from google reviews this has happened before with many pets!!! This place needs to be shut down immediately and needs to be investigated. JUSTICE FOR OREO!!!😭😭😭

DO NOT bring your dogs here! Not onece but several times I have brought my yorkies here and they have come back with sores and nicks. My male went and got nicked so bad I had to bring him to the vet for antibiotics tried to tell me it was already their. 😂Then last month I brought them both and when I picked them both up I noticed there eyes looked a little swollen. The male owner mentioned my female had glaucoma and I said yes Im aware of that, but when I got home I noticed my males eyes were swelling as well. We had to bring them to the vet once again where she stated my females glaucoma has nothing to do that it looked like they got an irritant in the eyes which caused inflammation. Oh and on that note my male does not have glaucoma, so explain to me what happened to his eyes. My vet filed a complaint and I filed with the better business bureau. Tried calling the owner was such a coward could text but not answer his phone after many atemots and blamed it on my dogs glaucoma. Didnt offer to help with vet bills or anything. In fact refused. He obviously is an idoit, because glaucoma doesnt cause swelling in the eyes nor why would my other dog have it. Were perfectly fine prior to going to his business. Again do not go to this place once I started talking to people my vet at 10st animal hospital said she get several complaints.If u want your fur babies loved and cared for find a new place! 🐶❤🐶❤

Had taken my pup previously before maybe twice and had not had any issue. Took my pup again and a smaller puppy to get groomed for the 1st time. I saw the sign for matted hair starting at $80 which they had worded very rudly by the way. There was only maybe 2 knots in his hair but still charged me the fee for both of my pups even though it was gonna be a shave. So a week afterwards the smaller pup started throwing up and stopped eating this was a exact week after. Took him to the vet and told us he had Parvo. Sadly my pup didn't make it. I contacted the place two days later to ask about there facility since I've noticed they have them in cages stacked up 3 high at times. I asked if they sanitized there kennels and said yes at the end of the day. I asked what about after ever pup that goes in and out. And then they said yes they did. I find it hard to believe that they are that clean since at times there are two or ther in a kennel. I saw them out my pup in once with another pup in the same kennel so obviously there is opportunity there. When I asked about possible infection there at there facility it was all about how my puppy more than likely caught Parvo due to me taking him for a walk where I always do. I know this is not the case. We have always been very careful with our pups. I'm more than sure this happened there. I hope that if this is the case more people come forward cause this is very very bad.

We took our little maltipoo to an express place and his hair matted HORRIBLY ever since. Brought him here and they gave us all worst case scenarios that could happen but we chose to try after another groomer came out to explain in detail. They did an AMAZING job without a single knick! Earned our trust and will be returning !

Walked in and asked to see their facility before I would take my pet to stay. I was told that they could not show it to me because they were disinfecting and that I can make an appointment to view the facility at a later time. This was a RED FLAG for me. I should be able to just walk in and do a tour of the facility at anytime unscheduled to see what conditions my pet will be in at anytime. Went next door at North 10th St Animal Hospital and was given a tour of their facility within minutes. Please do your research before leaving your pet in a strangers care and if they are not willing to show you their facility at anytime I WOULD BE CONCERNED!!North 10th St Animal Hospital Has earned my trust and business..

i mean... ny dog smells good but his nails weren't properly filed and they didn't even brush he's teeth even though we PAID for them to do that.... guy i talked to when dropping him off was nice but i dont think I'm coming back here :/
