They got my order wrong twice in the drive thru I tried to telling the guy my order was wrong that they gave me the wrong order with a different name on the bag and he just walked away from me while I was talking to him he was very rude which caused him to give me the wrong meal again. Plus I had to get off and get my own sauces cause I didn’t feel comfortable asking the workers in the drive thru.

Luis Magdaleno is a terrible manager, unprofessional, childish, and an embarrassment to the company. He has no idea how to deescalate situations and should not be allowed to assist any food industry company. I wrote an email to the chain company and after several emails back and forth they refused to refund me my money due to the managers feedback. I was forced to go through my bank who was happy to help. His personal problems should not be dragged into his daily life where he is expected to provide excellent customer service. Do not recommend. The whole company is losing their touch. What a shame!

I love Chick-fil-A and always get excellent service at other locations. But this location needs to work on their customer service skills. To start with my order was incorrect salad had cheese when it was asked with no cheese. And kids meal was suppose to have fruit cup and they gave me fries instead. Also when my son went to get sun joy one of the managers Isaiah decide to give him sweet tea. When I go again to ask for sunjoy and explain to the manager it not the correct drink he tells me “then throw it away”. I admit I was shocked by his response. I go over to the trash can and pour out the drink. Then he decides to give me sunjoy and of course with a mad look on his face. Then I go to the counter to exchange my son’s toy for an ice cream since he has been standing for almost 10 min waiting for someone to acknowledge him. The workers pass beside me and not one single one asked me if I need something then I tell one of them if he could help then finally I get assistance. This location needs to have better judgement on the time of hiring and definitely better knowledge with management. I am not going back to this location ever any other location will be my first option even if this one is closer.

This store is always clean and has fabulous service. My favorite feature is actually curbside. I pull right in, park, and my order is out in no more than 5 minutes. It's easier than drive-thru or going in, especially on my way home from work. Today my co-worker went for lunch, and I got my favorite.... The Arnold Palmer (AKA Sunjoy). (STILL my fave drink.)

Worse experience ever. Got my chicken sandwich raw. Called the store and spoke to Evelyn who seemed to be the manager. She then told me to go back anytime to get what I had purchased which was 4 combos. As I decide to go and get the 4 combos. They staff told me she never said 4 combos, they were only going to give me one sandwich in return of that raw sandwich I got. Never again coming here.

The worker in the drive thru charges us and says payment is good and we drive to the window and they tell us payment didn’t go thru so we voice our concern to make sure they didn’t charge us twice and the girl in the window ignored us. Bad service.

Food ia good but I stopped going for a while because the drive-through order was always wrong. Gave em another chance and its wrong again, get it together please.Ordered cobb salad get home and the salad has fruit. Asked the drive-through attendees to repeat the order and still got the wrong thing. At least this time the recite was right and it still came in wrong.

They have it down to where they can be busy but still give you great food and fast service no matter how long the lines are, plus they move really quick. Chicken sandwiches are always great tasting!

We love the curb side service using the app. My son loves the sandwich and waffle fries , I really like the sweet tea and they fix it up for me half sweet and half unsweetened. They do this no problem and I really appreciate it.

I was visiting McAllen on my way to Monterrey and I had dinner here. The restaurant was very clean, not crowded at all, the attendants were very courteous as always and I ordered the Cobb Salad with grilled chicken (ranch dressing) and it was so good! 👍🏻🥗 And even better because I got it for free, since I had so many points on my account 😁

The food is awesome. The texture and taste. The staff is good, just need to look a little more cheerful.Parking: There is plenty of parking for all walks of life. They even have parking for pick up. Just place your order, add the number that you parked on, and they'll come to you.Wheelchair accessibility: They have parking for the accessible. The front doors are big as well, and walk spaces are spashes.

Chick Fil A has never disappointed me. I love the customer service, I love how clean it is, and I just love the taste of the chicken sandwich. This is one of my favorite fast food restaurants .

Update:12/8/23 still good food still fast service. I went around 10:40am and it was not as busy as usual.Always great food and drive thru is always fast and friendly. Love there waffle fries and ice cream.
