We gave them a very difficult rug cleaning challenge, and they did an excellent job. We had a large (9 foot circular diameter) hand made braided rug. It had not been cleaned in decades. It smelled terrible and was stained. They took on the challenge of get the odors, dirt and stains out this rug. Even with a fixed price for this job, they treated it several times to make sure they could freshen it up and restore it to usable shape. They did a great job.

I was very impressed with the service and quality of work completed. They replaced the carpets in the entire home. The price was very reasonable, with good communication from the office. The integrity of the installers and company was great. I got a call telling me the existing pad was in good shape and did not need to be replaced, even though the estimate included a new pad. I am out of town and they could have done whatever they wanted and I would not have known the difference.I highly recommend this company for carpet replacement

We had 3 area rugs cleaned last week: they returned the rugs on time and beautifully done. I am very pleased with the service. We repeated the cleaning in September 22, with equally good results.

I have worked with Acme Carpet Cleaning for a number of years. Acme is a local Brick and Mortar family owned business that really pays attention to their customers needs. My family owns rentals and our primary residence in Mcallen. Each time a renter moves out Acme has cleaned and or replaced our carpets, if needed over the years, leaving these places clean and smelling great!Acme is truly concerned with their customers satisfaction and pride themselves on doing their very best!Totally recommend Acme Carpet for All your flooring needs!

This carpet company claimed they would get the pet smell out of our carpet - we had two dogs and no other pets. They came through twice the first time they lied about doing a pet treatment. They told our renters one thing and us, the owners another. The second time they went through and did the pet treatment but somehow the smell got stronger. We called a different carpet company to come through 2 days later And in their opinion Acme has done absolutely nothing other then spray water in the carpet then charge us $200. The company pulled 3 grocery-bag-size full bags of pet dander out of the carpet and dumped black water each time. When we originally called Acme to have them fix their issue or refund us all of our money (when the smell got really bad) which they charged extra the second time -they yelled at us and hung up on us. This is a terrible company and they are dishonest.

Just used Acme to clean our house in Edinburg. Acme "forgot" to do the services we asked to be done and then came back and sprayed deodorizer to cover their mistake. Claimed they didn't want to carry the equipment upstairs a second time to do the job right. Carpets still aren't clean, stairs weren't done. Now we are being hung up on when we ask for the proper service to be completed. Completely unprofessional. Very disappointing, will be having a new company come out.
