I'm beyond disappointed. Please go elsewhere for flower bouquets. My Mother's Day celebration started with a huge whiff of mold spores. I have an autoimmune disease. Instant headache and a putrid smell. Now I will have to do a whole mycotoxins detox. My husband is feeling really bad at the moment. It's not his fault. I called and was on hold for over 10 mins. I talked to 2 different ladies and I was never transferred to a manager. Please just get your special ladies flowers somewhere else. The EPA (environmental protection agency) suggests not to touch mold without gloves and not to breathe it without an N95 mask. If I start getting any other symptoms from this, I will go to the Dr. Hopefully this headache subsides.

Have placed two curbside orders at this location. First time, no substitutions to my order. Employee was helpful and informative regarding this store. Second pick up, two items were missing from my order. Parking was simple. Variety of products is more limited at this location, but has a reasonable selection.

I'm not positive but pretty sure the employees here are competing against each other as to who will be the most rude. And if their prices keep going up I can bet HEB will see a substantial gain in customers.

I love the bargains and slight variety this Walmart provides... however, you me at be aware that all the employees who work there lead as a makeshift prison gang with no supervision or standard procedures. The self checkout ate my money and the Lil checkout observer tried to imply I was lying! I was waiting for over 20 min for anyone to come help after that. Sam Walton hear our prayers 🙏

Went shopping everything was expensive compared to other Walmarts in different towns but the thing that really grossed me out was the bathroom next to customer service I waited for a stall to be free and this came out didnt flush and she left a surprise on the seat.....she saw my expression wen I saw the stall I turned around walked out.....I will never go to that Walmart again.....women there are nasty and dirty

Poor customer service!! I understand that the Coke machines in the store front don't belong to Walmart, but Walmart let's them place them there to serve their customers. I asked a Walmart greeter/receipt checked , how much was the price of the Cokes, he pointed to a sale sign on the wall that had $2.00 dollars, I put two dollars in the machine and no Coke. I told the same employee that the machine did no dispense my Coke, he then tells me it's not working , I told him, that would have been helpful when I first asked him about the price. He tells me to go to customer service to get my money back, I go to customer service and wait in line for about 15 minutes while they argue, with a customer about a return, and then they tell me that I have to call the Coke company in order to get my $2.00 dollars, What a waste of time!!! No Customer service here at Walmart!! Nothing has changed, at least put up a Out of Order sign, so other customers don't have to go thru this ordeal. Just my Two Cents .

Deli horribly managed, associates are always left alone when I go for food cause apparently their manager isn’t physically capable of the work? What’s the point in being deli/ bakery if all the bakery associates hide like the management from anything deli related? Sounds like management needs to take some accountability rather than standing around talking and laughing

Ok, today I took my vehicle to Walmart to get some new tires, the mechanics were kind and courteous. The ladies working the counter... now that's a Whole other story! Rude! And I don't mean the I'm having a bad day rude, I mean the I hate the whole world rude! Some people just shouldn't be allowed to deal with others face to face. And the bad thing is it started to rub off on me!?!? I came home and wanted to kick my dog...just for looking at me? But just to let whoever reads this know... I didn't kick my dog 🐕.

Store is clean. Deli is hard to get assistance at. Just buy whatever is on the shelf unless you have time to wait. Staff is friendly. Be sure to get your receipt at self checkout when it asks if you want one because they check it at the door often.

Avoid purchasing tires at this Walmart or any Walmart store for that matter. My experience with this store and others has been consistently frustrating due to the unhelpful staff. If you're seeking a simple repair, they are likely to turn you away, often citing long lines or finding excuses not to assist.During my recent visit to the Alice location, I called ahead to inquire about their tire service cutoff time. I was informed it's 7pm and arrived at 6:35pm. Surprisingly, there was only one vehicle being serviced in the tire area, while a few workers were idly waiting for their shift to end. This inefficiency and lack of service prompted me to suggest the introduction of self-service options for tire and lube services.Driving 45 minutes to reach this location, my family and I were disappointed to be turned away due to what appeared to be laziness. This Walmart is the closest option for us, and we needed a new tire. The fact that it took more than 25 minutes to address a single tire issue raises concerns about the competence of their staff. This incident forced my elderly parents, who are in their 50s and 60s, to drive home with a nail or screw in the tire.Without a doubt, I am switching to Discount Tire going forward. I've entrusted them with my Camaro's rims and tires, and their consistent respect for me and my vehicles, along with their recognition of the importance of my time, has truly impressed me. I won't waste another day trying to take my tire to get fixed where they do their best to avoid you.

Very busy location, lots of good parking for vanlife/rv, inside was full of vendors and staff cleaning and organizing/restocking. I got almost everything I wanted...i did get what i needed, the cashier was friendly and got me out quickly. No line. I would return if i needed supplies.

Pleasantly surprised to see their shelves are fully stocked. Employees are friendly and store was clean. I did buy a variety cake platter and was disappointed that it was extremely dry. I ended up throwing it all away. It was Sunday so they were pretty busy and unbelievably they didn’t have their self checkout open. Every register was stacked 5+ deep so it took at lease 30 min to checkout.
