I love this place. Wouldn’t take my pup anywhere else. Since day one they go above & beyond for him.. he smells clean for over a week, nails always trimmed nicely! Overall best of the best. Staff is friendly & reliable.

I thought long and hard about leaving a review but if it saves a life then here we go. If you value your dog don’t leave it here. Boarding your pet is an 8 to 5 job for them. Your pet will stay in a kennel and be only let out a couple of times a day. My dogs eat twice a day. They were only feeding them once a day every time I would pick up my Pets it always came with a vet bill. There was something always wrong anything from cough, to rashes and even injuries. Once I brought up a complaint and was told “Oh that’s not that bad we have a dog back there that just chewed off its toe” like it was an everyday thing! Find somewhere else to leave your pet. Trust me.

My mom loves this place, always asks me to drop off our dog for a bath. Our Maggie is usually very shy but the workers there treat her very patiently, Bruni and Mya make her feel comfortable :) And she always comes back smelling amazing, she's gotten used to her baths now and is much more open to play with other dogs. Definitely will keep coming ❤️

I recently left my pet at VIPet Boarding for a couple of days and I must say I am pretty dissatisfied with how service was conducted. I made a reservation for my pet days before their scheduled stay to assure that he would have a kennel. I gave dates of when drop off would be and when pick up would be. After picking him up and reviewing my receipt online (because I was told I couldn't get a print out and it would be emailed to me) I noticed that there were unknown charges added to my account. I had Christmas/New Years charges added, when my pet was not kenneled during this time. When I called to question the charge, I was placed on hold for over 10 min. and hung up due to no answer. Once they finally returned my phone call, they stated that holiday rates start way before the holidays. Upon looking at the VIPet Website, I do understand it says that an additional fee will be added for Holidays but it is not specific on time frame. This is very misleading for customers and leads to additional fees being added without them knowing. Also, I called to ask if they could add a bath to my pet prior to me picking up my pet and they stated to me that they wouldn't be able to do it until the following day after 10am and never mentioned a late check-out fee that was also added to my bill. Again, very misleading and should of been mentioned or stated online about late check-out fees. Very disappointed in service as I had to end up paying additional fees I was unaware of. Wish this would of been avoided by having them tell me about added fees or having them clearly stated online.I will be thinking twice about leaving my pet over at VIPet Boarding again....

The 1st time I took my dog the there we left him for a week seems good then I boarded him again this passed weekend he was not bathed like I had instructed the lady there made a comment when I picked up my dog and said "oh good I can clean his kennel" I thought that was strange when I got my dog to put him in the car his head a poop all over his head and all over his button like hi was sitting on it he stunk so bag worse then what had dropped him off I just took him home and bathed him myself that's because when I dropped him off I gave them a compliment on how good he smelled and for days. Yeah I was so disappointed this 2nd time 😔

Very clean establishment, the younger girl and with the longer hair and the man helped my German shepherd come back smelling good and with her nails trimmed perfect at a good price will be for sure taking my dog Keira back. 5 stars to her for the amazing service and job.

Great staff and wonderful facility. Patric and his crew really care about the animals and have a good working relationship w pet parents and their charges. Really appreciate the fact the staff enjoy animals and it shows . Peace of mind knowing that our pets are well cared for on any occasion when we need pet boarding. Our blue heeler gets along w no one: he bonded wonderfully w patric and that was remarkable. We give 5 stars plus!
