Ive shopped here many times, Everything is normally ok, but today I decided to use the restroom. I was shocked to see the makeshift door on one of the bathroom stalls!9/9/2022; It's been 3 years since I've tried to use the restroom here at Sutherlands. Let's just say, it's still horrible! The shower curtain is still there. It's disgusting! This store is great except the Ladies Restroom!

This place is a joke. Walked all the way around the store to get help. The 3 stars is because the rental department was 5 stars and more than met expectations in equipment availability and ability to answer questions

Today is 05/29/23. I am from Edinburg Texas I drove to sutherlands in Alice Texas because I wanted to buy a hustler zero turn lawn mower. The Google listing shows the store to be open until 7:00 p.m. today but when I got there at 5:30pm the store was closed. It's a shame that somebody who works at the store does not know how to change the Google listing. Yes I know I could have called ahead of time and ask them do you know what time you close today? Online you're telling people that you're open till 7:00 p.m. and when you are not open when I get there that means you lied. I don't work for Sutherlands so it's not my job to update the Google listing If you're going to close early. It's the manager's job who gets paid to do that but doesn't know how to do the job. I'm here to tell you how to do your job

Horrible service all the time. Workers never ask if you need assistance with anything. You always have to move other items out of the way to get your product. I have had on many occasions three or four people pass me before getting help. Needs a lot of work on customer service in the Alice location.

My experience at Sutherland's Alice,Tx.,was very positive and that was a result of an employee named Juan.He was very helpful with our purchase of a Red Lion water well pressurized tank,due to how this gentleman assisted me with my purchase I will be back for future purchases at this location.Keep up the good work Sutherland's.

Whats can I say about my local sutherlands? More where do I start. The bad thing I can really say is that if you ask for someone to point in the right direction to find what you are looking for good luck. The only reason I have to go there is because its really the only place in town that keeps things in stock. Thanks McCoys... The customer service is not great at all. To be honest it flat out sucks, but they keep stuff stocked. They also have pretty good sales just be prepared to scavenger hunt.if you arent familiar with the place. Wish they would help with better people skills. That's about all I got for now

Nice people. Good selection of plants and other items. We like to go here after eating a great meal at Jalisciense restaurant! Such a wonderful outing in a great town with great people.

Very hot in the store today which made it extremely difficult to breath with my mask on. Workers were suffering from the heat as well. I purchased my items quickly and got out of there.

Can't find assistance,once i asked the mgr, for help he ignored me. Therefore I went to Callalen to HD, inventory on screws and other material all mixed up and never restocked. Bad attitude is bad for business. I only go in a emergency, but dont like the service.

Hands down one of the worst stores I’ve visited. The whole place was super unorganized, there was trash all over the aisles, and the workers seemed super unmotivated and overall looked like they had better things to do than work. So sad cause this store was awesome a few years ago.

I went to purchase some citrus trees because all trees were on sale for 50 percent off. I got there after sunset, so I requested to turn on the lights. They said they were all broken but they were going to fix them tomorrow. It was a one day sale. My wife used her phone light to read the tags. We would have bought more but it was an inconvenience.

Does not even deserve one star. Customer service was so horrible!!!!!!!! Employee rolling her eyes as if she was annoyed when asked a question. Employee is getting PAID to assist customers. If you do not one to assist customers, then don't work there. No professionalism.

I had to go back to the store to exchange a chain saw. The personal was nice and the store was nice and cool. I have been there in the past and store was so hot. The employees were so uncomfortable.

Employees don’t know anything. Always go ask this guy or that one and no one has an answer, or the answer is we’re already closing and the register is shut off so you need to leave.
