The employees are very rude and will not help you find something in the store. I had a bad experience with the assistant manager and then today I called to inquire if they had a product and the employee didn’t want to go check. He hung up on me. I called back to plea for some help and they wouldn’t answer the phone. That is not okay !! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼They don’t even deserve one star!

Always short on inventory and lack of teamwork! This tells me that there's no leadership there... Could be lack of good management! Update: nothing has changed they are still ghetto!

Still waiting for this place to clean up and get organized. I remember when they gutted the place for a makeover, but I have yet to see the improvements. I feel like all they did was put more stuff behind the counter and more coolers for frozen drink and food products. The isles are still a mess and way too packed with inventory. Omg and dont get me started on those huge carts that hold all the new merch they need to put out but just leave in the middle of the tight walkways to make navigation a more confusing ordeal than it already is.. please get organized and clean up these racks and shelves.

Employees are not well trained. They have three employees restocking and only one at the register! The employee at the registered needed help after my item scanned wrong price. They have no consideration for the customers that are on their lunch break and just need to go in an out. I could have gone in to Wal Mart and gotten out of there faster. DG employees need better training and be a little faster.

Messy they need help on the floor.. the people that work there have alot to deal with. Really has alot of extremely difficult and rude people. They don't have enough working so ..She could check and the others could work strictly the floor and put up merchandise so they can clean the floors. It would make everything so much more accessible. It's just so cluttered and messy. Love Dollar General but they need more cameras inside and outside that actually work.

I love this store cause the workers are so kind and respectful and i like what they sell there and got more things to buy and the store is allways clean and love to look around and if i see something i like i buy it.i love this store. It's a BEAUTIFUL clean store. Keep up the work.

Did not feel comfortable in store. Asked manager a question, and next thing she is staring me down the isle while I look at polish. It seemed to me like she thought I was stealing! I paid for my items. I always shop there. No reason for the staredown! Ugh! Thats not good for her to steryotype customers. I wont return to this Dollar General in Alice, Texas on Johnson St.

We usually find what we need easily. The staff is usually very helpful also.My last visit, however, did have a few hiccups.The staff was very helpful in correcting the issues.

Was enforced to wear a mask against my will, but cashier did not have her mask put on properly, only her mouth was covered but not nose. This Dollar General lost my business

Takes way to long to get what you need and get out there refuse to run more than one register even if there are to cashier's available therefore the lines frequently stagger through the store down the isles
