Walked around entire store trying to find someone for over 5 minutes. didn’t seem to be a worker in sight. until other customers knocked on some door to a room that had 1 way mirrors and the worker came out mad that he had to work. then asked about my document i sent in to be printed and website told me to come at 1:15. i get there and apparently printer doesn’t even work and order never came through, no one even looked or tried to have it fixed or use it. absolutely horrible experience. left insanely frustrated and angry. waited over an hour and a half for no workers to be there and the document not even printed

The woman that helped us this morning ( Andrea ) was very rude ! The registers were closed except for the self serve , I told her I couldn't use that and accused me of saying \"well then I will put them back \" I needed what I was buying otherwise I wouldn't have gone in there to get them .... Then she tried to shut me up , wanting to have the last word !!!! She needs to be FIRED if SHE DOESN'T like her job !!!

Good place to go when you need to get something quick (in and out) expect to pay a little more than the bigger grocery stores. But overall CVS has just about everything you need.

Stopped there to get some prescription on a Saturday today, the outside sign qt the drive thru says 9am to 9pm which I got there at 9:42 so I got down and asked the person working the front counter if the pharmacy will be closed all day, he says at 10 o'clock they open and when I explained that the sign at the drive through WIndow says 9am on Saturday he was very rude, made me feel like I was lying or something and he would talk over me like I'm stupid or something. It was making me mad so I just said ok sir whatever you say and walked away. He said that im the second person to say thatT , well if iam then they should take a look instead of making the customer feel like they dont know anything their talkingabout . It was a man dark skin , dont know his name. front says 10am but the window says 9am. They need to fix it so their won't be confusion

Worst pharmacy ever, always having trouble with getting prescriptions when my family and I have always had the same insurance! And then noticed we’ve only had trouble when the older lady is working, which by the way, has poor customer service what’s so ever , when the young male is working he’s gives us our prescriptions no problem!

There is a guy in the pharmacy that is so rude. He will answer the phone and immediately put you on hold without giving you a chance to say anything and leave your there forever or he will just hang up!

Didn’t feel like they were meeting covid precautions. Only sanitary wipes were near self checkout and they were dried out. Covid testing happening right at the drive thru window. Potential covid positive people have their door open and the store has their window open. Not safe. Many customers had to be told to put on their masks. They were already in the store. Person at checkout kept muffling his coughs.

By far the most incompetent pharmacy in south Texas. Has to be up there in the top 5. Cvs in general is a joke , but the way this one is tan takes it over the top

As I write this I have been on hold to speak with pharmacy for 20 MINUTES. I even called the front of the store at seventeen minutes on hold. I was told there are two people working back there with 1 phone. Horrible. just because you work in a small town doesn’t give you a license to do WHATEVER YOU WANT TO DO, and if you can’t multitask should you be counting meds that people depend on to live!!!!

My wife had a prescription for pain medication due to a surgery. The lady that took our prescription said come back in one hour. My wife and I returned to the pharmacy in one hour only to find it closed for the evening. The next day I go into the CVS to complain to head pharmacist and find out my wife's prescription was never processed and we still had to wait an additional hour for the prescription to be ready. My wife had to deal with her surgical pain all night long. We longer use CVS or its pharmacy.

Covid is done with. Why keep pushing it. Do you plan on making it a forever thing?What are the long term effects of breathing in our own carbon dioxide especially to kids and elderly with COPD.Why give in to people with fear over Covid.Fixing one health problem and causing other health problems at are just as serious. Do you only care about people with fear of Covid.Get over it already. Governor has already moved forward...its time business like this loosen the string and leave it to the customers.It's like the only control you ever had and want to keep it like that.

Pharmacist 1st was wrong stating outdated script, when it was a post dated script with earliest fill date of 4/2/17. 2nd he was to rude and inappropriate to even listen and walked off while I was politely showing him such and yelled to "call the state board". What a dueche bag, HEB here I come.

Take very long to answer the phone . or dont answer at all . long wait time at the window some employees are rude . they see you at the window and will ignore you when they see you . cant even tell you theres a wait

Not a very friendly place to shop the cashier Pat's what's not friendly at all I asked for a Extra Care card to get my purchases cuz I forgot mine and she'd rather go answer the phone and take care of the customer on the phone then take care of me while she was right in front of me very disappointed in CVS Pharmacy
