They do an amazing job, but I am only giving them three stars because it is nearly impossible to get them on the phone. They need a receptionist desperately. Sometimes it takes me days to get them on the phone. Aside from that they do great with grooming our dog. It is just so frustrating to actually get her there..

Jack and Jill were done perfectly! Only an hour and a half.. Woke up at 7am and it was worth every penny beautiful work! Awesome people! Very cute place and they really care for pups here!!! Will be coming back! Thank you for your service!

My wife had an appointment for our two dogs and they told her to come any time between 9 and 11. When she arrived at 10:30, they told her she was supposed to be there before 10 and her groomer was sent home. Will definitely not be using this place again. Good luck in your future endeavors.

Excellent customer service. Our dogs look amazing and smell so good too. I don't know what shampoo they use, but their fur feels softer too. I highly recommend Fido and Friends for your fur babies.

Prices have gone up, last year I paid $20 for my chihuahuas and now it's $40, but that's understandable with inflation and I wouldn't take or trust my pooches with anyone else. They do a great job and I drive almost an hour to take them here. We love y'all!

I love Fido and Friends! I was so nervous to try someone new after going to the same place for 6 years. Not only were they incredible at their customer service... the cut that they gave was the best cut my Pom has ever had. My dog has anxiety and they said he did fantastic! When I picked him up he was so happy i could see that the people there truly love what they do and treat our pets with total love. The service was very fast and I didn’t have to leave him all day. I’m so pleased and plan on taking my baby there from now on. Thank you for making my quest for the best groomer in my area so easy ❤️❤️❤️

Just moved to Aledo and was excited to find a local place for dog grooming. Been there a couple times and was satisfied. My only issue is they never answer their phone. Both times I've made an appointment I had to drive to the location to talk to someone. I guess back to PetSmart in Ft Worth as I don't have time to drive to their location just to get an appointment. FYI, I left voice messages several times and no one called me back.

Best grooming experience ever. Took in two of my golden retrievers, one of which has really long thick fur and needed a lot of work. She came out gorgeous! Could not have been more pleased. And very reasonably priced, too.

We told the groomer to give our border collies a “summer cut”. They were cut/shaved so short that one of my girls ended up having to go to the vet when her hair didn’t grow back in the fall. Vet bill, meds, and supplements. Very disappointed!

My wife has a service dog (Riley) and Nicole noticed their bond right away. She took special care of them both. Riley hadn't been to the groomer since early February and she was a mess. Nicole did a great job and Riley is very comfortable now, especially with the increased heat in the area.

Our Nadia is a very loving little girl so when we needed to find another groomer it took a little while. Fido and Friends was recommended and they are a blessing. When I told them what we needed and when I picked her up later she was gorgeous. Nadia was so happy!!! Thank You.

Love this place! I am new to the area and was looking for a place to have my dog groomed for his summer haircut. Their prices are fair and comparable to every place I’ve been to. (I believe I paid around $85 total, including a $20 tip). They did an excellent job and I will be going back again!Some insight into the logistics: You need to call at least a week or two in advance of the day you need your dog groomed. You drop off your dog between 7:30 and 10am and they groom the dogs on a first come first served basis. (I dropped my dog off around 9:45am and they called around 3ish)While your dog waits, they get to play with other dogs who are waiting to be groomed or picked up so it’s like a fun little day out for your doggo.
