The staff is professional and caring. I'm so happy to have them in Albany.Update 11/13/23: Took my baby boy Finn in to be neutered. They were there to check him in. Called me when the surgery was done and had him ready for pickup by mid-afternoon. Two days later (today) they texted to see how Finn is healing. I'm very impressed with the care they give.

We took our 3 dogs to get fixed and everything went very well. Young lady at the front was very helpful and made sure we understand everything and the follow up was spot on. Highly recommend this vet clinic

My best friend lost her 15 year old German Shepherd this year. The amazing and kind staff and vet at the Albany Pet Hospital were there to take care of all of the details.. from a very sad house call with a final goodbye to arranging the crematory service. They were truly compassionate and I appreciated that they were there for my friend and her beloved Shepherd.

We were able to get our sick dog in almost immediately. The staff treated us and our dog very well. The doctor spent ample time and did some tests to rule out anything serious and then treated the symptoms. Happy to report that our Kage Otoko seems back to normal today.

Never again will I take an animal here. A little black stray dog showed up on our front porch about 2 weeks ago, no one claimed her so we decided to take her in. Her belly started to get big real fast so we thought maybe she was pregnant, so we wanted to make sure everything was ok. After charging 150 for an exam and blood work her proceeds to tell us she has an infection that he didn't think she was pregnant, so that she was probably bloated from worms or pyometra..for the xrays and the pyo surgery she would need if the dewormer we bought from them didn't fix it would be around 650.00 and that if it was pyo we needed to act fast or she would get sick and need to be put down. The money i spent on the exam and dewormer was all i had, so i spent the next week trying to get donations, did a go fund me and had 330 in cash and 280 dollars in the gofundme, and get paid on friday..call these guys again..and unless i had the whole 650 up front they weren't doing anything.I called every vet in abilene and finally one was willing to work with me and said he would go ahead and perform the surgery because if she was bloated from pyo this long it would be pretty far along and that's bad. And guess what?? She was pregant! So my exam i paid for couldn't confirm she was pregnant?? Y'all made it seem like she was sick and dying and gonna need to get put down if i couldn't come up with that money because why? Because you wanted to squeeze a few more hundred dollars from me. If i could give y'all 0 stars I would.
