We drove 25 miles for the sales in their flyer. They were out of everything we came for. This is not the first time we got suckerd into making this trip for nothing. When I mentioned it to the people who work there they simply told me have a good day. I guess they just don't care.

The store is newly renovated (looks really good), and they have new management that is taking the cleanliness and organization of the store very seriously. They are now stocking more "healthy" and up-to-date selections. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it is still a "small town" grocery with limited selections dictated by the physical size of the building. So I have to go into a bigger town at least once a month to buy things that are not available locally.

It sucks that this is the only game in town for groceries. Love the people who work here every one of them makes this place shine..... Not enough for more stars though. It is highly disappointing when you visit other locations and see all the awesome things they have in their other stores.

The staff are friendly and helpful if you need help finding an item as well as having fresh sliced and prepared vegetables that just need to be opened and poured into whatever cooking dish you prefer or eaten raw with dressing. I was very satisfied.

I'm always impressed at brookshire's with the level of service there's always someone there to help all the employees seem to know where most of everything is at they even take you to the item if you need them to without asking they ask you. Brookshire's is the way I was brought up I'm not real Keen on this whole somebody else shops for you as prices and my budget make it hard sometimes I just have to look at other items it's hard to do that on a computer. I'm also impressed with the way that the store make sure that they carry your groceries out Walmart took that away from everybody and Walmart's level of service is obviously self-centered as all the employees do what Walmart needs but they cared a little about what the the customer needs. If you have a complaint with Walmart they just acknowledge you somewhat and tell you to call corporate if you call corporate you never see a solution to your problem. I'm glad that brookshire's was not put out of business by Walmart and I wish we had more smaller chains still around brookshire's I give you five stars heck I give you 10 Stars. now if you could do something about the economy and prices I'd love that even more somebody needs to run for president.Will see you guys when we shop next until then keep doing what you do.Robert Grimm

Very nice Hometown Store employees are extremely courteous friendly and helpful very limited on certain merchandises don't be looking for any kind of potato salad or macaroni salad is they don't carry it
