Have no idea how I came up on this wonderful store but so happy I did..The food is great and so is all the employees..When I want to hide and get away from Athens this is definitely the place to go. Oh and the sweets are homemade and so delicious.

This was a couple months ago. Took my fiancé to MGS for lunch. Bragged about their burgers and breakfast. First visit for him. He was very impressed with the small hometown feeling. And he raved over the quality and flavor of his cheeseburger and fries. He's hooked. Oh and he took my MGS black ball cap too. Everyone was so friendly to him. He even had a conversation with Mr. Graham too.

Grew up just down the road from it. Its a great little spot. Need a quick drink, sack of dog or cattle feed, or a burger? MGS has got you covered. If you're a Whiskey Myers fan and want to know where Cody Cannon got that shirt he wore on TV, well it was right here. There's now a sno-cone shack outside and it is delicious.

Very friendly people...Grill is excellent...hamburgers are great.....they maintain an adequate supply of feeds and deer corn. They tend to have a run on deer corn especially toward the weekend....call ahead to make sure they have deer corn....myneighborjood go to place!

I love this place the food is always hot and fresh, the customer service is that if old, they call u by name and treat you like family. This is just all the way arround my kind of place. I've one of every hat they have to prove it. Just stop by for yourselves and you'll see why.
